Lake Travis - Texas Hill Country Waterfront Retreat with PRIVATE 50 ft long saltwater pool with waterfall. Can sleep up to 20 in beds . Wonderful views to the hills. Two private acres with safe grounds for kids with a gentle slope to the water. Boat Dock and launch on property. Rustic Hill Country feel - Vaulted ceilings- Large windows - Greatroom - over stuffed leather couches Propane Grill & Charcoal Grill provided . Grocery Stores and Lake Line Mall is just Fifteen minutes. Movie theaters are close by as well. 20-25 minutes to Downtown Austin. By boat Hippie Hollow is 15 minutes- Wedding Venues in The Hollows, Cedar Park and Point Venture are close by . We are just north of the main basin above Volente. Home is a Rustic Hill Country Lake House-very casual with multiple interior areas for gathering and plenty of outdoor space to play and relax. Fire pit at the waters edge. Maid service, towels and linens included. Lake Travis is a Reservoir, which means lake levels go up and down and affected by Drought conditions.. So if Lake levels are important to your visit, please confirm current lake levels.. We all had a blast My husband and I planned a weekend trip with a large group of friends we had 19 people and we had PLENTY of rooms and beds in the house. The property was very nice and clean the pool was amazing. The owner communicated with us very well and the check in and out process was very easy. We all said we would book here again! Thank you for hosting us!!!

Total Eclipse weekend What a great place for big groups. Wish the kitchen was a bit bigger, but there were enough dishes, etc. for the big group. Lots of nice places to hang out inside and out. Great communication with Tom at check-in and throughout our stay.

Review of waterfront home on lake travis To be honest, our entire family had a great time! We were a bit surprised when we got to house that the pool was on side of driveway and there was absolutely no water in front of house and hasn’t been for a really long time! We thot maybe there would be a bit of water. We were told by owner that there wasn’t water after we booked but listing said it depends on water leveled and we should have investigated further. Overall house was great except having 2 bathrooms on one side of the house which was a bit of a challenge since one was inside a room where 6 people were sleeping . Overall nice stay and had everything we needed but just would have liked a bit of water to use on lake Travis eventho it’s been dry for a while now.

Great property Tons of space, the owner Tom was awesome and super down to earth. Gave us tips on local places to go, was lenient on check out time, and just genuinely cared about us having a good time on our stay. We went for a bachelor party, and this is definitely the perfect spot for partying. Thanks again Tom!

Awesome place for a big group outing! Came here for my brother's bachelor party. We had 17 guys and fit comfortably. Property is expansive and unique, with a great pool and huge backyard. Lake was dried up so that wasn't an option but otherwise this was a great place to stay outside of Austin. Host was excellent and went above and beyond in terms of communication and flexibility around check in / check out times. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend away!
