Saigon Hotel - Ninh Chu

Well came here in June looking for a hotel to get married at. Hotel looked lovely but we were not able to see rooms at the time. (Obviously because they were outdated and in need of decoration.) unfortunately we did not see this at the time. Outside and around the hotel is beautiful. We decided we wanted our wedding here. We specified we wanted an outside wedding not once were we told that December is windy season and when we arrived last week it’s a real possibility our dream wedding will be moved into a horrible inside hall. We also chose this venue to get married Xmas eve with them able to provide a Christmas dinner on the 25th and on the 22nd 3 days before inform us they will no longer be able to provide the service of Christmas dinner. Remarkably it’s free to provide your own beer at the wedding which is great. And 2 days before the wedding on final preparations we mention that could we have an extra glass per table and we will provide each table with a jug of fruit punch to which they are demanding an additional 4 million to give our guests a fruit punch when it costs nothing to give our guests beer? When we arrived on the first breakfast was good but then they closed the kitchen for refurbishment and the food since has been terrible, I day off our dream wedding and the hotel are ruining everything. The customer service and attitude from the management is terrible. Not to mention all the newly refurbishment they started 6 days before our wedding right next to it.
