Отличный отель. Чистый номер, удобные кровати. Панорамные окна👍 и шикарный вид! В отеле есть бильярд- нашему сыну очень понравился. Завтрак порционный- вкусный. Продлили наше прибывания тут ещё на 1 ночь. Рекомендуем. Не близко к центру, но мы были на машине. Прямо возле отеля было место для парковки. В отеле есть бассейн, но он пока не работает. Но и погода ещё не для купания

Я забронировала этот гостевой дом/отель по отзыву путешественника, который хотел найти место, где можно расслабиться и крепко спать ночью, не отвлекаясь на шумные звуки города. Как горная девушка в душе, я с нетерпением жду возможности поехать в это место, и, ура, это место просто потрясающее. Вид на горы, свежесть воздуха, чистота места просто поражают меня. Персонал очень любезный, а менеджер Тхонг Хин очень помогает мне во время моего пребывания. Если я вернусь в Сапу, обязательно снова забронирую этот отель. 🫰❤️

Очень плохой опыт. Отель был закрыт из-за тайфуна несколько недель назад, но я так и не получил от них никаких писем или сообщений. И когда мне удалось связаться с владельцем или ответственным лицом, она попросила меня отменить бронирование и пообещала вернуть мне деньги из-за их ошибки. К сожалению, в итоге они отклонили мой запрос без причины. Пожалуйста, не бронируйте этот отель, они очень безответственны!

Люди очень дружелюбны, но место грязное и неухоженное. Они долго оказывали услуги и часто заставляли нас ждать.

Обслуживание очень хорошее, обстановка прекрасная, гигиена тоже на высоком уровне.

Amazing experience

Мы выбрали это место в качестве семейного курорта во время поездки в Сапу. Наш номер-люкс был фантастическим, с видом на горы. Дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Они помогли нам забронировать билеты на Фансипан. Завтрак «шведский стол» с большим выбором блюд. Мне очень понравился. Все прошло очень хорошо.

The rooftop bar of hotel let us to enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley, Sapa town during sunset. it was a bit cold during our stay but the heating aircon was great. We were surprised bya phenomenonal cloud landscape. Hotel may be a bit of a distance to the main center but its away from a noise and crowd. Jack and his colleagues who are able to help to arrange trekking trip and transportation for us. The only downside is that its a bit noisy during a day due to the location is on a mainroad but it did not bother us. We selpt well with a soft bed

Staying here was a great choice of ours. In overal, our stay was fabulous and everything was perfect. We want to extend our compliment to Jack and his team for their outstanding hospitality and amazing service throughout our stay. We felt like we came home. They helped us with everything we needed from a tour, transportation. All things went well and far from our expectation. The sunset party on the rooftop complimentary was great. The view is just stunning. Highly recommend and we definitely come back.

I had a fantastic stay at JK Homestay in Sapa! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was just perfect, only a 6-minute walk from the center of Sapa, which made it super convenient to explore the town without being in the hustle and bustle. What really made our stay special was the staff, especially Thuong Hin at the reception. She was the highlight of our trip, always greeting us with a warm smile and going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Thuong Hin enthusiastically shared her knowledge about the area and made our trip so much better. She even helped arrange a fantastic hiking tour for us, which turned out to be one of the best experiences of our time in Sapa. The price was also very reasonable considering the quality of the rooms and the excellent service. I highly recommend JK Homestay to anyone visiting Sapa—it’s the perfect mix of great location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality!

I stayed at JK Homestay in Sapa and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and just 7 min from the center. The price was good for what you get, and they helped us book a 2-day hiking tour that was fantastic. Thuong Hin was the friendliest person I met on my whole Sapa trip, always ready to help with a big smile. She made our stay really nice! Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Sapa!

My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights and we had a great time here. The location is is still in Sapa town, only 5 mins walk to the central area so it is much quieter . The staff were friendly and super polite. thanks for your hospitality. My daughter got a bit sick after the trekking but they took care of us so well. The price is reasonable. Great view from the rooftop. Happy hours are fun.

the most aesthetic homestay ive ever been & one with such an amazing view! Thuong Hin really helped us settled in & welcomed us with warm & friendly gestures! Thuong Hin even helped us to show the map of sapa & recommend which places that are nice to go! we felt really comfortable throughout the stay & enjoyed every bit of it! its a shame that we're unable to go for a swim as the weather was execptionally cold during our stay but i would definitely come again & join in their stunning swimming pool! overall, we enjoyed our 4D3N here & without a doubt i will definitely stay here again next time! thankyou J&K homestay & Thuong Hin for making us feel like home 🩵
