Location is awesome, very close to sun plaza and food street and only need walking ~10min. Surrounding environment is quite even it is close to the town. The buffet Breakfast are good. All the staffs are friendly,nice. And they help us arrange the van to Lao Cai from SA PA with no agency fee, the price is reasonable! Definitely will recommend to all.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was kept clean and the breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel, great location and friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast with a good omelette. They let us store our luggage on the day of check out and even take a quick shower before we took our Night bus. The hotel manager also arranged a scooter for us.

Wow,wow,wow! Mr Kim and his staff made us feel so welcome. We organised a trekking trip through Mr Kim which was awesome and cost less than the other ones in Sapa. Mr Kim helped us with heaps of things and made our stay in Sapa brilliant. The hotel is perfectly located, we enjoyed the views and the buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend you stay here.

Perfect location, next to the hussle and bustle, without having the noise of the town. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Beautiful view from our balcony. Breakfast was superb! The staff was very helpful and friendly and ev3n pleasantly surprised us with a lunch packet our return journey

Great location, quiet rooms, fantastic breakfast with great views and amazing cinnamon tea in foyer !!!! The receptionist was above and beyond as we’re all of the staff. Best breakfast so far. Banana pancake with chocolate mmmm and lots lots more, even cheese and ham!! Arranged a fantastic VIP bus to Tam Coc and arranged super quick laundry service.

Really liked this hotel. Not too big and had a more personal feel. Can definitely recommend the higher floor rooms with balcony as had an amazing view over the mountains and lake which constantly changed throughout the day. Arrived early in the morning and as soon as current room occupants checked out they cleaned the room so able to check in by 10am. Mr Kim the manager was lovely and genuinely wanted to ensure our stay was good. Room itself was a decent size and balcony was amazing. Breakfast room also had a lovely view and the choice of breakfast items were the best I had in Vietnam. Fresh juice, various fruit options as well as the usual egg choices and yummy pancakes. Location was ideal as by lake, not too far from the market and the main square. They can also organise private tours if required. This isn't a posh hotel but I would definitely recommend for friendly service and the views. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Lovely small hotel very close to the centre of Sapa but in a quiet street. Mr Kim the manager is very friendly helpful, he organised bus and train tickets for us at very good prices. His communication before our stay was brilliant answering lots of questions for us. He can arrange homestays in the hills having a range to choose from. Breakfast is very good and served in a lovely room with a big terrace. The bedrooms with balconies have a good view of Sapa lake. Very good laundry service.

It was a really great stay from the beginning until the end the manager Kim was super helpful the check in was very smooth the staff were really friendly nice accommodative the breakfast was delicious tasty and fresh thank you for everything

We booked this hotel because of its location and previous reviews. We stayed for 6 days and we upgraded when we got here at 8.00 am, on the overnight train from Hanoi. And more amazingly the room was ready! The staff are super, really helpful and knowledgeable. The room was incredibly comfortable especially the bed, which is so important! Definitely recommended.

Sadly, we only stayed for one night but had a great stay at the Sapa Queen Mountain House. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. We had an early start on the morning we left, before breakfast was being served and they kindly made us a breakfast to take with us on the bus. Our room was large and well-equipped with a very comfortable bed. We don't often write about towels - usually because they are not very good - but at the Sapa Queen Mountain House they were wonderful. The hotel was located close to the lake and the main tourist areas.
