Bajka Hotel & Resort

From the moment we arrived, we felt we were treated less favorably than hotel guests. There is a seperate check-in just for camping customers. We arrive around 2pm, and we were told that we can enter the campsite, with emphasis, no earlier than 3pm. I asked if I can leave my car in this parking lot until then. And was promptly told that parking was for Hotel Customers only. Even though it appeared to us that the parking lot was mostly empty at that time. We had to move our car across the street and wait until 3pm. When we finally got settled in, we decide to go to the restaurant. The restaurant took over 50 minutes to even get us the starters. I will say, the food was quite good, when we finally got it. When we came back to our campsite, our friends who were camping near us, pulled up to our campsite to go the restaurant. Shortly there after, some man, in a regular t-shirt comes up and starts making a huge deal about the cars at our campsite. Mind you, they were completely within our camp site and every car was a customer. My wife told him that when they return they will move the cars. About an hour goes by, and he comes back and starts making it a huge deal again. Our friends had came back from the restaurant, and our friends told the man we were waiting on a driver (because they had already had a couple beers). Immediately, a manager showed up, it was agreed upon that everything would be taken care of. The manager implied that she will talk to the employee about his behavior. We did exactly as requested. The rest of the night, went without a problem or so we thought. They organized a discoteca with lights and loud music that could be heard from our campsite. It went on well past their posted curfew time. As soon as we showed up at the dance floor at 11:30pm, the same employee came running up and cut off the music saying that their music was too loud. We went back to our campsite, hung out for 30 more minutes (with no music, but I won't lie, we definitely weren't talking quiet). I was in bed by midnight. In the morning, we went to get breakfast. When I arrived, most of the buffet stations I saw were empty. There was no plates. I stood in line for 20 minutes to just get a single cup of coffee. I went to the camping reception to tell them the issue an was told that I should go to the front desk of the hotel. When I got to the front desk of the hotel, I was told "Oh, you're a camping customer, your reception is over there". I politely told the lady, I was already over there and was sent over here. I explained the situation an she agreed that it was very bad. She asked to have the messages sent to WhatsApp. An hour goes by, and I still have not heard anything, not even a response in WhatsApp. So I posted a Google Review. About two hours goes by, when suddenly cops show up saying that the employee is accussing us of being vulgar to him and that we broke "quiet hours". Notably, I never personally interacted with the employee in ques
