房間非常棒，走進這個酒店的內樓，彷彿就像走進羅馬宮殿。房間非常大，乾濕分離，衞生很好，挑空非常高。房間帶有陽台，看着對面的教堂。到所有的地方都很近，走路15分鐘無論是到景點還是到羅馬大街。位置很好！服務式管家式一對一服務。綜合來説非常棒，值得體驗。給酒店提個小建議，就是他們的石膏板有點小小的脱落。如果把這個做好，就更加完美。

I was quite disappointed with our suite at this hotel. And the information about this hotel was misleading. I was never informed that this hotel was not operated by the Grand Sitea hotel, around the corner. I was led to believe they were the same property. We were placed in some cold building around the corner (we had to walk in the rain to get to the hotel we thought we were staying in). We had no heat the first night and the second night someone above us was moving furniture around well after midnight. And no room service during the day to the ROYAL Palace Suites??? No bathtub - in a big suite. My husband had to move the furniture around the make the living room somewhat liveable. The furniture was sparse and pushed against all the walls. I felt we should be playing soccer in the living room. The terrace was tiny and no furniture at all. And why no rugs in the living room or bedroom. So stark and cold. The staff was great. The art and the ceilings were fabulous. We were very disappointed.

This is a small hotel in a separate building than the main hotel, right around the corner. Check in was at the main front desk as was breakfast. Check in was swift and polite. Room was fabulous. large, bright with frescos on the ceiling and a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very large with a fabulous walk-in shower. Only complaint with the shower was it needs a light as it's a bit dark, otherwise just fine. Hotel is close to restaurants and to the Egyptian Museum along with other main sites and attractions. Breakfast each morning had all the typical offerings, and the service and cappuccinos were both excellent. Overall, friendly, efficient staff and a very pleasant hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

UN SOGNO AD OCCHI APERTI. Ho soggiornato all'interno della suite il giorno antecedente il mio matrimonio unitamente ai miei genitori. Palazzo storico al centro di Torino con un androne elegante e raffinato, le scale che portano alle suite principesche ed il soggiorno hanno fatto da contorno al servizio fotografico. Suite PULITISSIMA E PROFUMATISSIMA. Tutto il personale della struttura si è messo a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza, un plauso particolare a MARCO che ha curato ogni piccolo particolare ed esigenza. AVETE RESO UN SOGNO REALTA. CONSIGLIATISSIMO. SUITE MIGLIORE DI TORINO

La location era semplicemente fantastica e l'edificio estremamente affascinante. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e ha saputo farci sentire davvero speciali durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza al secondo piano, che si trovava proprio sopra un bar della strada. Purtroppo, le finestre antiche non avevano alcun tipo di isolamento acustico e sembrava di dormire accanto al bar. Non siamo riusciti a dormire fino alle 2 del mattino, quindi abbiamo dovuto affrontare la situazione con l’hotel. La gestione ha preso la cosa seriamente e ci ha spostato nella "struttura principale", dove si trova anche la sala colazioni. Questo ci ha soddisfatto, anche se la nuova camera era leggermente meno sontuosa rispetto alla Royal Palace. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza positiva, grazie alla posizione perfetta e all'ottimo servizio, anche se un miglior isolamento acustico sarebbe stato apprezzato.

Questo Hotel non lo consiglio . Mi è capitata una camera con un disegno accanto al phone una luce che non andava l'idromassaggio a parete che non funzionava e un pezzo di muro staccato poi in fine ho pagato una bottiglietta d'acqua da 0,5 2,50 per questo motivo ho dato 1 Stelle
