AVOID AVOID AVOID! Hotel pool water pH balance not right. When swimming the water bleached hundreds of pounds worth of swimwear, burnt my child’s arms and legs, stripped all the body hair from my partner and my 11 year old child. Completely ruined my child’s long blonde hair and six months on despite lots of expensive treatments the hair is still not right, breaking, falling out and in terrible over processed condition. Reported to General Manager during our stay who agreed something wasn’t right with the water but since returning to the UK emails to the hotel remain unanswered. Be very wary people!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Long Beach Harmony hotel in Alanya, and overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's friendly atmosphere and beautiful surroundings captivated us. The staff, including Feyeme from reception and Irina from Guest Relations, were exceptional in their hospitality, making our stay all the more memorable. One aspect that particularly stood out was the quality and variety of the food provided at the hotel. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal, as the dishes were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared. The culinary team truly went above and beyond to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The hotel's territory was immaculately maintained, allowing us to relax and unwind amidst its picturesque beauty. The lush greenery, sparkling pools, and stunning beachfront provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful vacation. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's services exceeded our expectations. Our room was consistently clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. In fact, the cleaning staff did such a fantastic job that we even went out of our way to find the person responsible to show our appreciation, despite forgetting to leave a tip in the designated box. However, we did encounter a small issue during our check-out, which left a bit of a sour taste in an otherwise exceptional experience. We had requested a late check-out until 18:00 due to our transfer being scheduled for 8 p.m. Initially, we were offered the option to pay €60 to stay until 16:00. Later, another receptionist assured us that we could stay until 18:00 without any charges, which we were extremely grateful for. In light of this, we left a €40 tip as a gesture of our appreciation. Unfortunately, upon contacting another receptionist named Kristina on the check-out day at 2 p.m., our experience turned unpleasant. She rudely ordered us to immediately vacate the room without any greetings or understanding. Even when we politely explained the previous arrangement, she responded disrespectfully, insisting that we should be grateful for the time spent until 2 p.m. This led to a chaotic and rushed departure, with constant interruptions from hotel personnel, creating unnecessary stress for us and our four-year-old child. Despite this unfortunate incident, we would still highly recommend Long Beach Harmony hotel for its exceptional facilities, delectable cuisine, and attentive staff. We genuinely believe that this incident involving Kristina was an isolated occurrence and not reflective of the overall service provided by the hotel. We stayed in rooms 3438 and 3426 from June 29th to July 6th, 2023, and apart from this unforeseen incident, our time at Long Beach Harmony hotel was filled with wonderful memories. Great family holiday. Lots for children to do and good choice of food. Staff very friendly but limited English in restaurants and around the pool. The only downside is it’s very busy this time of year in the main long beach resort, which share the same facilities

This hotel is great and I had a really wonderful experience there. The entertainment was great, there is many pools to go to each day & huge slides ! The food however wasn't so great, they must cook with plastic gloves because near enough every dish I had tasted like plastic but the desserts did not. The Bars serve many drinks and offers many options for kids to choose from too. The drive from the airport to the hotel is tiresome so good luck with that lol. The hotel rooms are great but they probably vary, I was on the 6th floor room 6521 and the view was amazing - two floors and both had great views upper with a roof window and lower with balcony. I went in the heatwave so it was such an amazing experience and wish everyone who goes to have a wonderful trip!

This was my 3rd time to this hotel. Much better than the other times I'd been. Check in was lovely, staff polite, put in a duplex room in Harmony, which was really nice. Unfortunately it didn't suit us with having 3 adults in the room as it was open plan up stairs. Great for a couple with young children though. We were moved to a 2 bedroom family room. This was beautiful. The cleaner for our room was just great. Lovely woman. Food was better this year by far. Still prefer the harmony restaurant . Long beach side is far too busy for our family. Lovely waiters too. Always helpful. The staff at the hotel were constantly cleaning, day and night. What an improvement. Was nice that 2 water parks were heated. Massive selling point in my eyes. Infinity pool also heated. It is a shame the main pool isn't heated. It Was also nice to see lots more English at the hotel. We managed without a late Check out room. The harmony spa has showers, lockers and hairdryers . Hopefully see you again next October.

Facilities here are typically quite reasonable and there is lots to do which makes up for it being about 40mins from Alanya. I've marked this as a family holiday although we are a couple because we went for a wedding which included a large family gathering. If you are a couple I would recommend a different hotel as it is very much geared towards young families and is pretty chaotic during mealtimes and pooltimes but that isn't my gripe. Overall its the worst 5 star hotel I've stayed in and in general the staff were very poor which played the most part in this review (some staff were kind though). To add to that you'd expect a 5 star lobby to have capable air conditioning...nope, sweating! Customer Service - 1. About 95% of the workers could not speak English here and it did become a bit frustrating. 2. We booked a land view room - big mistake, there was no balcony at all and for £2500+ for 7 nights I was hoping for some kind of space to put our lilo. i.e. I called up after we arrived saying we had just checked in and that the room wasn't to our taste. The lady on reception stopped me in my tracks saying "What is your problem? I'm busy at the moment.", then hung up....coupled with a 15 hour trip to get from Luton to the hotel its safe to say our trip didn't start well ha ha. 3. As the week went on I discovered the bartenders and wait staff were being selective about who they gave certain drinks/snacks to. Completely different treatment for different people, even within our group. i.e. My wife asked for a Turkish Coffee after she saw her brother get one (this included a few pieces of Turkish Delight), when she didn't get any Turkish Delight she kindly asked the guy for some (it was right beside the Turkish Coffee) and he said "no". After asking someone else she was given one piece. Ridiculous! i.e. Our sister-in-laws dad asked for a small bottle of wine at the bar, he was given two, I wanted the same so went up to ask for a bottle, the barman said "No", I said "I just watched you give two to a member of my group, why are you saying no to me?" He replied, "I'm not giving you it, it was a gift". Everyone had paid for all inclusive yet we weren't being allowed to have the same drinks, again ridiculous! 4. They refill the original spirit bottles with other local stuff that tastes nothing like the originals. 5. Cocktails were bad and clearly no one had been trained on what is in a simple cocktail like a Mojito. Cleanliness - 1. No hand sanitiser AT ALL, none of the automatic sprays had any hand sanitiser in them..and guess what...about 60% of our large family gathering tested positive for COVID on the trip. 2. Didn't replace our towels for the first 3 days even after asking again and again. When they finally did, they made a love heart with the towels, waited for my wife to arrive back and stuck the tip box in the middle of it indicating for her to tip them.
