Friendly, patient front desk, willing to do extra miles to assist client.

Both of us stayed here for four nights. Upon arrival at 10pm, the front desk ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was upgraded for free and we spent four quiet and peaceful nights sleeping in this huge room. The location of this hotel is strategic, walking distance to Turpan museum, shopping malls and food stalls, restaurants and lots of eateries. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, equipped with two washing machines and two dryers. The breakfast provided was fantastic and scrumptious. We paid 30yuan to travel from/to Turpan North railway station to this hotel. We would recommend people visiting Turpan to stay here.

Was a very big room. One corner was not cleaned. I was not informed about the breakfast. No real towels in the bathroom, just disposable out of paper under the sink.

Good location -not far from Jiaohe Ruins and Grape Valley -15 - 18 minute taxi ride to both locations -around 15 -20 rmb one way. Room was clean -spacious! Staff were friendly. Breakfast decent -tea but no coffee! For coffee -Dicos? -next to hotel!

酒店很新。床很大，房間很寬敞。非常乾淨，氣味很好。接待人員也很樂於助人。這家酒店距離機場約 20 分鐘車程。酒店後面就有多家餐館，步行 5 分鐘即可到達

設施老舊非常差。是我們17天全程最差的酒店。預訂兩間高級大床房給到走廊盡頭衹有一個小窗的房間。馬桶是堵的，浴室一股味道。早上離店都開到下一站了發現還沒給辦理退房，我們都無法在新酒店入住。前台人員態度很好，但是酒店整體設施非常差！住生氣了，不推薦！！

房間很差、床單不平整、不知道啥原因、訂的零壓高級大床房、訂單上看的2米的特大床、可和訂單對不上號、訂單上35平米、實際面積很小、説的有窗户、可是讓人心寒、連掛衣服的衣櫃都沒有、第一次對全季酒店失望透頂！

設施衞生環境都非常好，尤其是停車免費，還有地下停車場，房間也很大 服務：尤其是要感謝前台的古再麗小姐姐，她打來電話説我們忘帶充電器，但是我們已經離開了，小姐姐非常熱情，我們要求寄回來也同意了，真的特別感謝古再麗小姐姐

最重要的是前台服務特別好熱情接待 安排的滿意 周到 酒店位置好 在市中心 房間大乾淨安靜 入住的很滿意 早餐也好吃 豐富種類多 自助早餐 房間網速快 停車方便 非常滿意 我下次再來全季 而且可以延遲退房 都在想着我們的需求 價格便宜 華住酒店服務確實好👍 推薦

位置好，離吐魯番博物館很近，走路二十多分鐘就到了。晚上後面街道夜市有小馬車，很好玩。 酒店服務態度好，房間乾淨舒適，安靜。 周圍吃飯也很方便，唯一不足的地方是早餐有點簡單了，稍微改進就完美了。 其它地方挑不出毛病。還是推薦呢！因為周圍吃飯太方便了！
