Отель очень красивый и чистый, администратор Тао дружелюбный и с энтузиазмом поддерживает, вернется в следующий раз.

Центральное расположение и близко к морю, номер со слабой звукоизоляцией и довольно тесный.

Where do I even start, this is has been the worst stay and I have been travelling Asia for the last 2 months. Firstly I arrived in the early hours of the day and when I asked for assistance in getting a cab as I was stranded, the response I received was "I do not know you". I managed to find my way regardless. This place also doesn't have an actual reception desk, instead to ask any questions you must whatsapp a member of staff. He took me to my room and gave me my key without telling me anything about the hotel no information on the wifi; breakfast hours, resturant location or the available amenities. I constantly had to text to find things out. The towels in my room had blood on them and my balcony door didnt lock to which i was told don't worry security is good here. As a solo female traveller i f ound this extremely alarming. As I was staying over christmas I asked if there would be a hristmas dinner, I was told no as I have only rented the room and was retold the resturant hours. The following day I saw a poster for a christmas dinner and sent it to the "receptionist" he then told me they only put that out today despite it being the 23rd of December, which was a complete lie. I also used their laundry service which was a complete mistake, my whites are no longer white and somehow came back dirtier than when I handed them over to the workers. When I brought this up I was told "We only accept regular clothes, not colored clothes. If your clothes have colors, you must choose them yourself or remind us." I don't understand how my white clothes aren't "regular clothes" - no apology in sight. When I then asked to check out early I was threatened with the police as I only wanted to pay for the nights I had stayed. I asked to speak to the manager who was polite and understanding thank God,but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and stay somewhere else. (They also only accepted cash as payment for the room which is very sketchy - and to use the pool and gym you have to buya day pass).HONESTLY RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

This hotel is stunning, with a grand reception area and friendly staff at every turn. I stayed for one night to escape the storms, and aside from the spa being located outside the hotel, everything else was nearly flawless. The food was excellent, the manager and staff were incredibly helpful, the pools were fantastic, and the rooms were beautifully appointed. Breakfast was outstanding, and the Pad Thai I had for dinner was equally impressive. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I really did enjoy staying here...everything is the best, especially the service. Hotel staffs are super friendly. An infinity pool is markable, howerver I have no chance to try it due to the heavy rain :(( The room is not really big but tidy and well - decorated.

Rooms and services are ok within the price range. Sea view. Receptionist and attentive hotel staff. Among them was Mr. Chuong who was very enthusiastic. Note that the hotel needs to connect with the building's reception desk, so that when guests arrive, they will receive clearer instructions.
