Exhilarating experience. Starting from the location of the resort to service and rooms. We visited during monsoon and booked the Patang Cottage. Room was very nice with nice little swimming pool/open to sky bath tub. Staff is very polite and helpful. There are many selfie points or places to capture images with good backgrpund view of sajjangarh monsoon palace. There is also rooftop restaurant which gives good wibes. They also provided one time free adventure activity vouchers which included zip lining, archery and some other activities. They are arranging magic show, puppet show and folk dance (don't know if daily, but when we stayed it was there). Overall, a very good experience and thanks to the staff and management for having us.

I would like to start with thanking the hotel staff that made our stay memorable. We stayed in Sajjan Chalet which had a beautiful view of Sajjangarh palace. The night view of the Monsoon palace is wonderful. We couldn't celebrate our kids birthday as we were travelling but Ms Sakshee made it extra special for us by arranging Gala dinner. We also received a hand written note from the Manager for the occasion. Food was delicious, especially their Chef special mix vegetable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Thank you for the memories!

Booked this property for 3 nights , everything going well but one of the Manager ( Mr. Shivam) is non cooperative person in this property. He needs to understand that he is in hospitality sector. Overall experience is good, Best place for staying, delicious food , huge variety buffet & cooperative Restaurant staff especially Mr. Yogesh.

Like every time, this time too our stay at Bamboo Sa Resort was good. Like always, the staff treated me well. Akshay manager at the reception happily gave us one of their best rooms for our fifth visit so thanks Mr Akshay. As for the food, like always the food was very good. Thank you bamboosaa team

Amazing resort at the foothills of sajjangarh. The view is very beautiful. The resort exceeds expectations at all levels. The breakfast was just amazing. Mr. Rajesh from the F&B department went an extra mile for us and ensured all our requirements were met. Great hospitality by the Bamboosaa team.

I had an exceptional experience at Bamboosaa Resort & Spa Udaipur. Truly captivated by this beautiful resort. The ambiance of the resort was absolutely delightful, offering a serene atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the resort.Special thanks to Mr.Vijay and his team member Melisha for ensuring a warm and hospitable stay. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the Jain food options offered at their BayLeaf restaurant which were delicious and well-prepared, catering perfectly to dietary preferences. Special thanks to Mr.Sunith & Chef Mr.Priyank for serving us with delicious pure Jain food and their team members Mr.Dhananjay, Ms.Lily,Ms Harshandeep for their remarkable service. Additionally, for photography enthusiasts, this resort is a paradise! The multiple picturesque locations provide a perfect backdrop for photoshoots, adding a magical touch to every picture taken.Would specially recommend this place for pre wedding shoots. It’s also just the perfect place for weddings. Overall, my stay was memorable, and I highly recommend Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa for its exceptional service, Jain cuisine, and stunning photo opportunities.

This is our first experience staying at Bamboosa Resort. I must complement Alok and Anil who listened to my concerns about the room as well air on problems. Our rooms aircon was not working properly. We had to call maintenance and Mr. Mukesh came to fix the aircon. He couldn’t and left leaving us in the freezing room , temperature of 20 degrees. It is painful to see that when I entered your hotel, I had told them re: my asthama and how it became worse with previous hotel where aircon was not working properly and I need a room with working aircon. With my luck once again, I got a room with not a working aircon. Next morning, my asthama was worse and had to call my physician in Australia to get help. I was advised to increase my doses of medicine and buy another one to speed up the recovery. Mr. Alok and Anil have changed my room with aircon which works perfectly and I was shifted to that room right away. I can’t thank them enough and only recommend thatsuch employees should rewarded the best as you can. Hotels run with great employees and everyone knows how Tata rewards their employees. I hope you will follow his lead.

Foods and restaurants services are fabulous Staffs are very helpful polite and supportive specifically service from Me Bikas and Mr Rajesh and Me Sunil and Me Nishit’s service and customer attendance behavior are superb and remarkable .

I visited the place yesterdayI .Everything was just perfect. Food was good. Service was too good. And nice hospitality. Special Thanks to Mr. Ramdhan, Mr. Vikas, Mr. Yogesh & Chef Mukesh.You all were amazing. I will surely visit again soon.

The location, view, and food at this place are exceptional. However, the overall experience was marred by some significant shortcomings in service. The young and inexperienced staff made several mistakes, such as forgetting to deliver the cake we had ordered and neglecting to send the cart as promised. Additionally, they were not very accommodating; despite our flight being in the evening, the receptionist refused to extend our checkout time beyond 11 am (even though check-in time is at 2 pm). While I understand the rules, he didn't even check his computer for any bookings and seemed more interested in pushing us to pay for an additional half day. Moreover, they were supposed to pick us up at the train station, but the driver conveniently asked us to walk 200 meters to meet him. When we raised this issue, Front Office Manager Vijay Singh apologized on the driver's behalf, explaining that it was a third-party service, and gave us his card, promising support if we faced any issues during our stay. However, when I called him the next day, he neither picked up nor returned the call. This is a strange and disappointing way to deal with guests. Despite these issues, Sakshee stood out as a beacon of exceptional service amidst the chaos. She was incredibly helpful in resolving every issue we encountered. If it weren't for her efforts, we would have seriously considered changing hotels. Overall, while the location and amenities are top-notch, the inexperienced staff and lack of flexibility in some situations detracted significantly from what could have been a perfect stay.
