Apartments Eneida

Everything was perfect, great host, friendly staff, good food, perfectly clean appartment, beautiful view, nice pool, quiet surrounding. Recomendations for all real hedonists. The host and his family were very friendy, made us feel like home. We will be back again for shore.

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at the Apartments Eneida for 5 nights recently having been attracted by the stunning pictures advertising it on Bookings.com. As frequent travellers we often find that places don’t fully live up to the photos advertising them… in this case I do feel that pictures of the views and grounds of Apartment Eneida do not do it justice. Utterly breathtaking We stayed in a studio room and had read on previous reviews that some particular rooms (101-104) are the un renovated ones. We were given room 102, so immediately I expected the worst. The room was modern (although potentially not as super modern as others judging by pictures) well laid out, good shower and best of all had the most wonderful large balcony with a phenomenal view - in my opinion comparing to other rooms looking around the resort we surely must’ve had the best view there was. The only things that let it down (and ultimately costs the place a 5 star review) was the fact there was a broken wardrobe door propped against the wall on arrival (I asked for it to be fixed when we arrived and nothing happened) and the air conditioning unit was very noisy (again nothing happened when this was discussed at reception). The housekeeping was also of a lower standard than we expected - beds were barely made and the only way we know anyone had been in was the folding of towels. One unexpected but huge plus was the breakfast. Fantastic choice, plentiful, amazing views. I don’t know how anyone could complain. We also ate lunch there twice. The seafood pasta is one of the best I’ve ever eaten and the truffle pasta was stunning. The pool is small with only a handful of sun loungers but there are plenty of sun loungers on the ‘decks’ with direct access to the stunningly clear sea and we never had a problem finding a lounger. The sea conditions could be variable..: sometimes mill pond flat, other times quite choppy. I did swim out to the small island just off the bay in fairly choppy conditions and was lucky enough to sea plenty of fish and sea urchins. It was slightly challenging swimming back even as a strong open water swimmer but this was my first sea swim. One stand out thing in reviews before travelling was discussion of the ‘dangerous hillside road’ to get to the apartment. This caused me great angst in the run up to the trip as i envisaged our car toppling from the hillside based on others reviews. The last 500m to the apartments is certainly tricky and challenging - but it is not dangerous in the way others make out. The biggest danger is scraping your car. Not Injury or death as others have seemed to imply! 😂 We drove the route on 4 occasions only once encountering another vehicle. My advice would be to drive with confidence. Once you’ve done it once you know where the passing places are, where to put your foot down and ultimately - just make sure you have full excess cover on your car and you’ll be fine! We travelled more than 60 countries, but this was the worst experience we ever had. There was black mold in the room, which is pretty unhealthy, especially for my pregnant wife. Unfortunately we payed in advance. Since the hotel could not offer an alternative room we asked for the refund. They rejected!!! No compromise or anything. So we left and even had to find and pay for an alternative hotel. The customer service was really bad!!! Worst management I have ever seen!

Unverständlich woher die ganzen guten Bewertungen kommen. Das Premium Zimmer gebucht und schon beim Betreten kam einem der Schimmel Geruch entgegen. Wände waren feucht. Kakerlaken im Bett. Freihängende Stromleitungen wohin man auch schaut. Sind nach 2 von 7 gebuchten Tagen (600€/Tag) mit allergischen Reaktionen nach Hause gefahren. Von der Chefin keine Einsicht. Man wurde stattdessen nur angeschrien nachdem man auf die Mängel hinwies. Keine Rückerstattung des Geldes, stattdessen war unser Auto mit Fäkalien beschmiert… Generell zog sich der schlechte Zustand durch die ganze Anlage. Durchgebrochen Bretter, kaputte Lampen, schimmlige Sonnensegel und vieles mehr. Meiner Meinung nach sind alle negativen absolut richtig und die positiven sind selbst geschrieben. Leider kann man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous revenons pour la 4ème fois. Nous retrouvons un lieu authentique et une équipe attentionnée. Le petit déjeuner est toujours aussi qualitatif. La plage privée, que du bonheur ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !
