We love it

Great service from reception. The place was alright. The beds weren't that comfortable and there was no BBQ as advertised and the pool was closed. Lucky it was only one night.

Nice people just room was very very basic. Bed was hard and could feel the springs. Toilet nit so good either the place really needs an upgrade.

This place is a little gem - just one street up from the harbour and little cover with its beach swimming pool, it is incredible value for money! Large, spacious, comfy beds, and a great Spa bath included for a wonderful price. We will try to get back some time for a holiday (this was a perfect place to stay whilst organising a family funeral) Thanks to the friendly staff and it was a please to stay here.

스위트룸은 4인 가족이 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 화장실도 크고 (스파 욕조가 있었습니다), 객실내 전자레인지, 냉장고, 잔, 접시, 포크 등이 구비되어 있어 편했습니다. 호텔 근처에는 마트, 음식점 등이 있어 이 부분 또한 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 호텔 설명에 언급된 실내수영장은 겨울철이라 운영을 하지 않았습니다. 이 점이 고지가 되었다면 좋았을 것 같습니다. (사실 이 부분이 이 호텔을 결정한 중요 이유 중 하나였습니다. 아이들이 실내수영장 이용을 기대하고 준비를 해서 갔었는데 운영을 하지 않아 아쉬웠습니다.)

They refused my booking because I swore in the reception due to my Tourette’s on the phone to my mother. Was told I was making people uncomfortable and could no longer stay there. I did apologise for my tics and the language used and was still refused. SHAME ON YOU

I sent a complaint about this property to the head office before making a poor review. I was in Ulladulla for a funeral and had driven from Port Macquarie that day. My complaint was mostly about how dirty the room was. This is the response I received: Hello Diane, Thank you for your feedback. We will pass this on for our staff to read. We have a discount on our website if you book directly on our website, you can save up to 15%.  We cannot control what the other website sell the rooms for. We have a reception sign right above the office door. Our staff are trained daily as they meet all type of people in different situations. They always try to make people feel welcome  - unfortunately this cannot always be accomplished. Our staff try to make everyone feel welcome when they check in. You were given 2 keys for your room- both these keys can be used to open your door, as well as be used in the power box. On your check in letter the staff write your room number & the WIFI password, for you to be able to used when needed- we also have an after-hours number you can call if you require further information. This is located in multiple places on the office door, next to the check in box as well this number is located in your compendium. Our staff inform guest of the back gate in case guest would like to use it- this is only a suggestion. Our pool is open while staff is on duty from 9 am till 6 pm we also have after hours staff which can let you in till a reasonable time. You never informed the staff of the light not working. You never once let staff know about any of your other concerns -as they would have been more than happy to clean up the room or upgrade you to another room at no extra cost.   We closed breakfast down due to covid in 2019 and we have not reopened it. I have had a look on hotels.com and can not see where it have breakfast advised. We are not a 5 star accommodation. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us, but we are unable to correct any of your complaints if we are not informed of them until you have checked out and gone home. We have an after hours number you could have called at any time to let us know of your concerns if the office was closed. There will no refund.   Regards Alicia Martin Reception

Very friendly and welcoming reception lady. Perfect spot for midway stop home after long international flight. Spacious room, quiet, outdoor balcony with nice view to the harbour, comfortable bed, basic amenities provided. Easy walk to nice restaurants. Have stayed here before and will certainly stay here again.

Wonderful Ulladulla Harbour Motel. Can't heap to much praise on this Motel and the place it is situated in. An old fishing port, wonderful scenery, sat on the terrace late in the evening, heard thye bird noises, listened to the radio, supping some Merlot, watching the Sun set, I thought I was in heaven.

Comfy beds. Quiet location. Lovely Receptionist. Poor lighting for using stairway to second floor. Requesting guests to wash their mugs, spoons etc could be fraught with legal implications. Our mugs had not been cleaned properly. I thought any crockery/utensils available for use in motels should be run through 180 degree water (dishwasher).

I stayed on 7 March 2023. The room was run down: water damaged wood, holes in the net curtains, marked carpet. The bed only had a bedside and bedside lamp on one side. The internet dropped out continuously making it unusable. I had to hotspot of my phone to use my tablet. Very poor value for money at $160 a night. This motel should be avoided.
