It was nicely located . Not so close to caos but still close. The bedroom for the price was very elegant and nice and comfortable. The facilities going to the rooms and garage are very shady and dirty

房間比較大，家庭房有1張雙人床和1張沙發床。停車15歐元。 在酒店就能看到烏爾姆大教堂，走過去大概5分鐘，去步行街和老城區也很近。 酒店還算新，住的比較舒適

步行就到大教堂，非常方便的位置，公有停車場可停車，民宿風格的旅館。

交通便利，酒店房間寬敞明亮，出差的話，非常適合

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here. The staff were notably unfriendly, which impacted the overall stay. After arriving at 2 a.m. due to train delays, I noticed the next day that the window in my room was broken and wouldn’t close properly, allowing cold air and noise to enter. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. She mentioned that I should have reported the issue upon arrival, despite the late hour, and said there was nothing she could do as the maintenance team was on vacation. I requested that an external service be called, but that was also denied. When I asked for a different room since I was staying for 12 nights, I was told that wasn’t possible because I had already slept in the bed. There was no attempt to address the issue or offer any alternative solutions. Fortunately, another guest overheard the conversation and, as a carpenter, was able to assist in fixing the window himself. However, it was clear that the hotel staff had no intention of resolving the issue or providing any meaningful assistance. Overall, the lack of hospitality and basic customer service made this a very poor experience. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was ok but the staff at check-in very, very unfriendly. The young man tossed the keys at us und vaguely pointed to the courtyard where there are several other buildings. When I asked which one we were supposed to go to, he said"well, the way you enter into another building" and looked at me like I was stupid. Then I found that the AC wasn't working in one of our 2 rooms, which was one of my reasons to choose the hotel in the summer heat. He told me this wasn't an AC but a ventilation system! Also, the hotel is very difficult to find and the parking garage (another reason I chose this hotel) full. The bathrooms are spartanic and not clean, the rest of the room was ok and also the breakfast which is a beer bar at night. The buffet was ok but not worth the €16 they charge. Will not come back here even though the location is great and the girl at the reception the next morning was very nice.

This is a nice, clean, quiet and generally comfortable hotel. Decently priced. At walking distance from the train station, and from all the central places that have to be visited in this beautiful, hospitable, charming city. They should include the breakfast in the price of the room. Or make it a less costly extra. Because there are a lot of other options for that in the immediate neighbourhood, where one can find many wonderful café-bakeries, groceries, charcuterie and cheese stores, etc. The thermostat in the room cannot be used. The air temperature/ventilation system is central, not under the guest’s control. This could be a problem. For us, it was not warm enough, notably while sleeping. The check-out time is at 11h00. It should be at noon, like most other hotels.

Having had to cut our holiday short by a week to to staff illnesses back home in the UK, I requested to cancel the hotel, they denied me a refund of any sort whatsoever. I knew the cancellation policy was full payment if cancelled but this could be wavered at the discretion of the hotel, they denied any refund. I then tried to move the dates for later in the year, out of holiday season, this was also denied. There were over 30+ options of hotels all with availability for the same date so they could not have been full and given them time to rent the room out again. I gave a weeks notice, yet they denied all my requests for a refund or change of date. Disgusting behaviour, do not trust this hotel,

The hotel is in an excellent location, you are very quickly at the train station and also very close to a large number of restaurants, a perfect choice for overnight guests on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and very neat and modern. excellent price-quality ratio

Achtung! Hier wurden zwei Gebäude zusammen geführt. Das "schöne" Boutique Hotel (welches die Bilder beschreiben) und ein altes, heruntergekommenes Gebäude (ich finde leider kein einziges Bild davon in der offiziellen Bildergalerie). Beide Buchungen laufen über den Namen "Boutique 005 Ulm city". Leider gibt es weder in der Beschriebung noch in der Zimmerauswahl einen Hinweis darauf. Daher hatte ich mich vor Ort sehr gewundert, als ich das Zimmer betreten haben (Fotos sind angehangen). An der Rezeption hat sich das personal entschuldigt, aber nur mit einem kostenzuschlag hätte ich ein gutes Zimmer bekommen.. 80€ haben sie mir für folgendes Zimmer abgenommen...
