отличный отель, расположен напротив большого торгового центра, рядом много ресторанов, до пляжа такси едет минут 5, а можно дойти пешком до набережной. от аэропорта ехать минут 20. номера чистые и просторные, я останавливался на одну ночь, мне все очень понравилось

Hotel is in a fantastic location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but I'm not so sure about the pool. The water looked clean.. just the floor of the pool was off-putting. I was a bit disappointed I didn't have a fridge in my room. Maybe larger rooms have them? During loadshedding hours, everything is still powered. The wifi was great! Overall, its a lovely hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

The stay was pleasant, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast and will return for aure. A fresh, clean environment .

Clean, comfortable and convenient - walking distance to Gateway Shopping area with easy access to food establishments. Stayed overnight while travelling from KSA to Port Shepstone. Staff at hotel were very friendly. Will stay there again.

They don’t provide bathrobes or slippers because they’re “3 star” they say. Otherwise it’s okay.

If they are fully implemting the WhatsApp services then it's important to ensure that it is monitored. Had requested an iron, waiting 30 minutes with no response, ended up leaving as I am not here because I have the whole day to wait for an iron. Completely disorganising, especially when one is traveling for business. Ordered an omelette for breakfast and it was so dry or maybe it was the fact the I have creased clothes on, but it was just not a good way to start the day.
