I had the privilege of staying at Six Senses for over a month, and honestly, it’s been one of the most incredible hospitality experiences I’ve ever had—whether in a luxury hotel or a resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming. Their attention to detail in making guests feel at home is unmatched. Every interaction with them felt genuine, and their service went above and beyond at every level. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and I really appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities like the fruit plate, coffee machine, and their signature hotel items, which added a personal touch. The food was another highlight. While the main menu remained mostly constant throughout my stay, every dish was delicious and freshly prepared. On days when I wanted something different, the chef was more than willing to customize orders or create off-menu specials for me. They even hosted theme nights like Indian Night, as well as special dinner events, both of which offered wonderful variety and flavor. Their juices were fresh and healthy, and every meal felt prepared with care. The restaurant staff, including the waiters, hosts, and chefs, were all kind, attentive, and eager to make each dining experience memorable. Outside of dining, the resort itself is stunning. The landscape, atmosphere, and overall design create a sense of peace and luxury. The swimming pool was fantastic, the spa treatments were excellent, and even the resort shop was well-curated and worth visiting. One of the things that stood out most was the consistent level of care from everyone, from the front-line staff all the way up to the General Manager, who personally ensured guest satisfaction.
