Clean and safe area. Well-lit at night. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind -- strictly enforced. This is a private apartment and you have access to the whole space. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3-story apartment building. If you need to park your car, please note there is a 2-hour parking limit on most streets during the day and you are not able to leave your car overnight on most streets. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your vehicle when it is parked on the street. Secure parking is available in the locked and gated driveway behind the building. You must pay the parking fee in advance to the host. The fee is $25 per car per night. The driveway can fit up to 2 cars. You will be able to lock and unlock the driveway gate to access your vehicle.
