Life in the Woods - Minutes to town! Mt. Emily Retreat at the MERA Trailhead!

Cabin in the Woods It is a beautiful rustic property in a beautiful location in the woods with a fenced in yard for the kiddos and large dogs. It felt very secluded, yet it's only a few miles from all of the conveniences of LaGrande. The main area to cook, eat and socialize is large. The bedrooms are comfy and the master suite and bathroom is very nice. You can see the trail head for the MERA from the kitchen window where there are retails to hike and mountain bike. I will definitely stay there again!

Benny's introduction to the family Perfection! This was the perfect place for the family to gather. So clean, amazing views, plenty of room for family dinners. Card games until after midnight. We got to watch the snow pile up. Went on a mile hike with the

Mt Emily Trip Property was perfect. Lots of trails. Very quiet. Home was amazing. Lots of room for all of us. Very clean. Had everything they said it had.

High end cabin experience I frequently do road trips across the US with my two pups, and I used to stay at roadside motels, but this time I decided to use VRBO, and I was blown away at how awesome this place was. First off, the arrival was really easy given that there is a huge driveway and an extra wide covered parking stall that could support two Ford F150s. There is a big fenced off area so i put the dogs there first. Then the entire area was well lit, which made unloading easy. The door had a digital lock amd it was easy to get in. The cabin was nice and toasty, there were plenty of plates, cups, towels, etc. There were also nice little additions like a towel to use for cleaning the dogs. The interior was perfectly renovated, and it was obvious they spent a lot of money. There were plenty of new TVs, board games, wifi... pretty much everything you could want. And finally, everything was labled so things were easy to find. Would highly reccomend for people who are fed up with going to the big cities for holidays and staying at overpriced 5 star hotels. I, myself, am from Whistler, Canada, and I much prefer authentic cabin experiences like this one.
