The Dewdrop Inn

This was our second visit and again we were impressed with check in, management of the bar and restaurant. We dined in the restaurant each of the evenings we stayed. The food is excellent

Lovely well equipped room and fabulous breakfast. Great shower and comfortable bed. Very polite and courteous on site staff. I would like to have given 5* but there is a problem with wifi provision, clearly longstanding and not addressed over several years (based on a look back), combined with being in a mobile signal dead spot leading to a feeling of isolation. Turns out the hotel is in a very weak / dead spot for my mobile signal (02). Wouldn't normally be an issue, but the WiFi in our room was temperamental, weak and dropping in and out all evening. It was compounded unfortunately by a power cut later that night (affected the whole local area...not the hotel's fault) which eliminated all wifi signal, and the room landline. 10.30 at night, all on site staff had left and the emergency number quoted in the room was not attended and didn't respond to the message left reporting the 1 hr power cut. Overall picture was a feeling of being rather disconnected from the outside world (even taking the power cut out of the equation) and may not suit those needing reliable connectivity

Really lovely place. Clean and so quiet. Friendly staff and very warm welcome. My only let down was dinner. Quite expensive which wasn’t a problem but the meal was not very nice (unpleasant) so I only had 2-3 mouthfuls and the veg. I did mention it but not much at all was said. I would have at least expected even a lighter, cheaper dish or a refund. Other than that all was well.

We stayed for 3 nights and ate in every evening . Whilst the menu was limited everything was fresh , tasty and well presented . The service both at breakfast ( excellent quality and choice ) and dinner was friendly , overall a nice inn to stay at for a few days whilst exploring Worcestershire . A few niggles brought the score down to 4 - noise from the outdoor ' music ' speakers drifted into the room even in the evening , the bed was a narrow double , and dogs running around in the ( pleasant ) garden off the lead was not pleasant. However overall a good inn choice .

We booked this stay for shelsey Walsh and it did not disappoint. The welcome was great the room far from budget and the meals the service you cannot fault . Well done team . So good we have booked again for November 23rd for three nights and why not . So if you want a good stay here is the place .

We came here for a drink to see what the pub was like. The bar area was really nice and friendly staff. The dining area also looked fab. The food that was coming out to the tables looked really good. We will be back, but this time for a meal.

My daughter treated me and i treated my mum, and dad and my husband came along for the ride!! The meal, on this special day was excellent as always. The lamb faggots were so very tasty, i did not want them to end. Everyone in our party enjoyed all the roasts that they had. Fresh seasonal veg on point! Lovely starters and desserts to compliment the main meals. Staff, as always very polite, friendly and helpful. Never dissapoints. Can't wait to visit here again very soon!

Gorgeous pub! Beautifully decorated. Great friendly staff but above all amazing food!!! I’m a vegetarian and my meal was probably the best vegetarian meal I’ve ever had out! My Mum had the treacle tart and she’s tasted many treacle’s tarts in her 90 years but said it was the best she’d ever tasted. Well worth a visit
