No intercom No TV A/c ineffective Fan knob missing can’t change speed of fan Highly disappointed Me and wife aged 78 and 72 had no strength to get out and find another hotel so stayed

Breakfast and dinner options at dekkers restorent was very nice food testy and hygiene well maintained service very excellent specially umang gaurang

Extremely Disappointing & Misleading Experience(Avoid its a trap) The property was in an extremely poor condition and looked nothing like the photos shown on Agoda. The rooms and common areas were dirty, unhygienic, and completely unmaintained. It was far below even the most basic hotel standards, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. This feels like a case of false advertising and cheating, as the actual property does not match the description or images presented on your platform. Hotel /agoda should not be listing such misleading and substandard properties, as it ruins customer trust and wastes both time and money. I strongly advise others to avoid Hotel Shagun Vadodara and request Agoda to take strict action against such deceptive listings.

Rooms are too dirty and not maintained at all, washrooms door handles are broken and you need to use it without door. Cockroaches are freely enjoying bed, tea table and chairs. Staff is not responding when you give a complaint about room status. Do not book your stay here at all. Don’t believe on photos uploaded on website as they are too old. I don’t know how Agoda and other online websites certify this hotel.

Really Bad experience. Washrooms are dirty. Commode are yellow and stinking. Towel and Bedsheets looks old and stale.

The room and toilet were not good. There were insects in every room and toilet. Also, there were ceiling fans and telephones working in the room.

rooms were dirty, hygiene was very very poor, Bathroom fan, tap not working. bedding was hell dirty. I rejected 2 rooms offered to me based on their poor condition. I had to settled for the thrid one as I already made the payment. condition I deacribed above is for the third room. other 2 rooms that I rejected was worse.
