Hotel Dreams Pedro de Valdivia

this hotel is an absolute gem. It is conveniently located in front of the Río Calle Calle. Everything is pristine and very well upkept. The location is excellent located nearby most of the best rated restaurants as well as the main road leading to the Fort, the breweries and many of the important touristic attractions. The room is spacious and has all of the necessary amenities . For your stay, you get one free entrance to the casino which I would highly recommend doing. It’s a lot of fun and you usually have great live shows every night. There is a bar called the sky bar ride on the rooftop where you also have the breakfast every morning that overlooks the river and it’s absolutely amazing . I have stayed in this hotel every time I have visited Valdivia and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend it.

Upon arriving at the hotel around 1 a.m. after our visit to the casino, we found our room with water on the floor due to a leak caused by the rain. The delay in providing a solution was frustrating as we were tired and wanted to rest. We were eventually relocated to another room, which, while more exclusive, had similar issues: there was a leak in the sink of the small bathroom and a large puddle of water on the floor. Additionally, the towels were stained. While we appreciate the hotel’s location, we believe these issues should be addressed, as our stay was not entirely pleasant.

The worst electronic key I have ever used, every time I tried to use it it did not work, so EVERY TIME I had to go down to the lobby from the ninth floor, that was three or four times daily. The staff did not changed me to another room so the whole experiencie became horrendous. I would not recommend to stay here.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. The view from the rooms is wonderful. The breakfast is very delicious and the view from the 12th floor is very beautiful. The kindness of the breakfast staff is remarkable. The rooms are large and comfortable with a nice view of the river. At night, we enjoyed a lovely evening at the hotel casino. Congratulations!

It was very quiet which is what I needed every one was very courteous and professional and very respectful polite and prompt to help with anything I needed breakfast was good quality the food at the restaurant was incredibly delicious the staff was really good

A very well located place, excellent rooms, very good air conditioning and very busy staff in the passenger. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast service is of very high quality. Unfortunately I could not use the heated pool due to lack of time
