10日ぶりに利用しました。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはできませんが、近くのカフェでゆっくりしてから出かけられるので満足です。 お部屋も綺麗だしデスクもあって、ちょっと遅い時間まで作業するのにちょうどいいです。

這屬於一間套房，就像合租似的，一間房裡面有四個小房間，共用一個衞生間。房子隔音不太好，開關門的聲音很響，老外喜歡早上洗澡也很影響我睡懶覺。

First of all, it's not bang in the centre, but it's close. Patraix is far enough from central Valencia that you are not surrounded by tourists, the neighbourhood has it's own authentic vibe. Downstairs there are two good bakeries for breakfast. The room itself is very good. Spacious. The biggest plus was the huge balcony you get all to yourself. You are in the penthouse of a building with, I believe, normal residents. If you get the top floor you'll be happy as you can spend a good deal of time chilling on the balcony at night. The room was clean, I can't find any faults with it. Okay the bathroom wasn't huge but who cares? I like the location too. It is about 5-6 minutes walk from Patraix station and a quick train anywhere you want to go from there. It's also only about 25 minutes to the airport on the train.

Bathroom was full of mold.

Buen precio para una habitación con todas las comodidades que puedas esperar (calefacción, ventilador, aire acondicionado, televisión, nevera)

El alojamiento se encontraba en buenas condiciones. Estaba limpio y ordenado. La convivencia con el resto de huéspedes fue muy respetuosa en cuanto al ruido y al uso del baño, el cual era compartido.
