-the hotel location is close to the town center however situated on a narrow road. - although they said that parking is available for those who have a car, that is not true, you have to park your car on the road in front of the hotel or any other empty place you can find. - the hotel personnel are friendly and can speak Persian. - the hotel has a small elevator that can accommodate only two people and is also very noisy and not safe. - the corridor on each floor has a sensor to switch on and off the light but most of the time sensors are not working and you find yourself in a dark corridor. -the rooms have old fashion key locks and if it is not closed from the inside can be opened from the outside. - The sheets for the blanket and the bed are not clean and very old. - the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. - the fridge in the room was not cooling at all. - no towel and no shampoo has been put in the bathroom. - there was no hanger in the bathroom to hang your towel. -there were no slippers in the bathroom and if you are not careful, you could easily slide. - there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hand. - there was no water to wash your butt and the toilet paper was so thin for drying. - there was no cleaning of the room during the four days of staying at this hotel. - no trash bin in the room. - breakfast was salad, butter,chees, and boiled eggs plus soup more or less the same every day.

The staff are extremely friendly. Erdem in particular went above and beyond to book a tour for us. He ensured we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The property is in a great location and the room was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Van.

When we arrived a 3 bedroom room we had booked wasn't available, so rhey upgradef is to a junior suite and brought in a bed for our son into the lounge. As a teenager he appreciated the privacy. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially Gokhan. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared fruits, cake, cold meats, cheeses, fruit juice, olives and home made chips. It was very warm in the rolm so a fan would have been appreciated, the hotel details on ******* do say it has air conditioning which it doesn't.

Very comfortable stay and super friendly and helpful staff.

Dush service and wc had problem

Odada eksikler vardı; el yıkama sabunu yok; istedik saatler sonra getirdiler 3. Otelde günlük temizlik yok; bir sefer temizliyorlar 4. Banyo dışarıya su akıtıyor; her yer ıslanıyor 5. Odada tuvalet kağıdı bir tane var; eklenmiyor 6. Kahvaltı orta seviye

酒店的設施有些簡陋，比如客房內衹有一次性紙杯，網絡有時候不穩定。但服務態度超好，尤其是前台接待我們的Gokhan，人非常真誠熱情，隨時幫我們解決遇到的問題，還推薦了很好吃的附近餐廳，以及洗車店。 附近還有本地的菜攤和飲食店，非常接地氣。性價比很高。
