The Hotel was good and good location it's near by temple and ganga ghat and it's near by shopping market and staff was so nice and behave manner . And room was good and restaurant all items are tasty .l highly recommend pls visit Hotel santoor 🙏

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Amazing location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options.

A group of friends and I got five rooms at Hotel Santoor for two weeks. We had a great time while we were there. The staff was very kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and needs. They have recently updated all their amenities, so the rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. It was also located in the center of the city, which made it really convenient to get anywhere we wanted quickly. I would definitely stay again.

1 tarrible, i'm not satisfied with your service, too much expensive hotels & room quality is very poor. Same hotel we get cheep-er rat & quality rooms. Discount is don't matter, required quality rooms

I recently stayed at santoor Varanasi , and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, things went wrong. The room itself was disappointing. paint smell washroom condition also room lock is not working – dirty, uncomfortable, outdated, faulty appliances, etc. also encountered noise, lack of amenities, or poor service I was expecting a relaxing stay, but instead, I was left frustrated and dissatisfied. The staff did not seem to care or offer solutions when I raised my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had not booked our stay at Varanasi and came across Hotel Santoor accidentally. However, we did not regret staying at this place because the stay was comfortable, rooms were well lit, food was tasty too. The most important point was that it is located centrally to most of the sites to be visited.

My overall experience is very bad. I faced much problem in check in and check out,over and above room was not good which had been shown in pics. Related to this deal I felt like cheated . Will think next time for using cleartrip

This is not good for family because many things are not good like service no any come fast to take order.Bed is also not good many things are not available but location is good also restaurant os available

I dropped at Varanasi Station and hired an auto who took me to this hotel. I was not having enough time, so have taken a room there. But that was biggest my mistake in that trip. The room was tacky and dark. The room was having a small CFL and smaller one in Bathroom. the bed was so hard that when I got up after one hour, my back was aching like anything. There was no jet on the toilet seat. It was so difficult to see my face in the mirror because of dim light as well as the mirror was not also not good. And for such room they charge Rs.1150+taxes. Gosh... I would not recommend anybody to take this hotel

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s a terrible hotel. There are no elevator though the room can be on second floor. Rooms are infested with mosquitoes which would not let you sleep. Bathroom have stains. No amenities provided.

It is not Hotel. It is a public toilet. Better to avoid this hotel in future. There is no service, no cleanliness, at least there is no restaurant for food. No hot water in toilets. On several requests they given hot water.

It was really good experience with santoor hotel. The room was spacious and services are also good. You can choose this hotel for upcoming visit.

Nice place to stay and close to baba vishwanath mandir will recommend supportive team staff and good behaviour

The location was okay but the service by the hotel management is just terrible. And the room was also not good as per it's rate that we paid. The washroom was too small. The ac is not working properly also and then light issues.
