Apartment 58 m2 with 2 bedrooms and terrace on the 4th floor in a building with 2 lifts, in front of local shops (supermarket, sports shop). Departure skis on foot joining the chairlift Sibières by track for beginners. Beside ESF and ESI.
Large terrace, open view facing south
Living room: corner sofa, TV, DVD player.
2 bedrooms: One bedroom with 2 beds: double bed 140 (duvet 220x240 supplied, square pillows 65x65 provided)
Another room with 4 beds: a double bed 140 (duvet provided 220x240 square pillows 65x65 provided) and 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 (duvet provided 140x200 square pillows 65x65 provided).
Linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is not provided but possibility of rent sheets and towels on site to see with the concierge.
An independent shower
A bathroom with bathtub
An independent WC
Ski locker in the basement with access to the slopes from the ski storage.
Large free parking at the bottom of the residence.
A deposit check will be given to the caretaker upon your arrival (500 €).
For the household, you can do it or have it done by our guardian for the sum of 50 € to give him directly. About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé
Semaine parfaite dans ce grand appartement, lumineux et profitant d'une très bonne situation. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires. On y retournera avec plaisir.

Un agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est bien situé, avec un accès direct aux pistes. Nous avons pu arriver dès le matin. Top!

Super séjour
Super séjour en famille. L’appartement était vraiment sympa. Seul petit bémol on a eu un peu froid les deux jours où il a neigé (même avec les chauffages soufflants mis à disposition). Si nous repassons par Var, nous réserverons de nouveau ce logement sans hésitation.

Vars
Points positifs : position de l'immeuble dans la station, vue depuis l'appartement, navette en bas de l'immeuble, piste verte très proche pour descendre en ski au Point Show, piste luge juste à côté, superficie de l'appartement.
Points négatifs : le simple vitrage sans volets roulants, donc manque d'insonorisation par rapport à l'extérieur et réelle sensation de froid près des fenêtres.

Week-end Vars
Appartement bien situé, très agréable, joliment décoré. Logement spacieux, très bien équipé.
Petit bémol : le four ne fonctionne pas très bien (résistance sûrement à revoir) car il chauffe très peu.
Nous avons rendu un appartement impeccable, mais avons été étonnés que l’on nous reproche de ne pas avoir remis les oreillers et les couettes exactement comme cela était au départ ! En dehors de cela, très bon séjour, c’est agréable de louer un appartement bien entretenu comme le vôtre.
