We arrived on an early morning flight, problem is you don't get into your accommodation until late afternoon however you can use the facilities. We booked a premium 3 bed and it was terrible. Dirty windows, curtains and floor, debris from the previous guests under the sofa, Luke warm water and a jamming front door all reported to reception and to be fair a cleaning team led by Stephanie addressed the cleanliness issues while we waited outside. The hot water issue was repaired on the Friday, 2 days before we came home and the front door was still jamming when we left. The mobile homes are wedged in and you can hear everything from next door we were unlucky enough to have a noisy french family next door who kept their outside lights on and shouted/talked till 01.30am.The park itself was OK but not 5 star, only 2 toilet facilities on the entire park, entertainment was solely aimed at french speaking guests and on the whole I found the English speaking guests were treated with an element of disdain both in the park and surrounding areas. Food at the snack bar was shocking, I ordered a burger which came cold and raw in the middle, when it was returned the staff just shrugged and informed me that there would be no refund, they did offer to cook another...I declined. Total lack of shade at the pool and lagoon areas makes it tricky for young families and the queue to get into the pool starts around 09.20am it opens at 10.00am if you're not fast you're last. Valras is the local town, 1 euro gets you there on an L bus outside the park gate from there you can travel into Beziers again for only 1 euro on an S bus, well worth the visit. Would I visit again...no, would I recommend...no.
