Travel Inn and Suites

Two bulbs were out in bathroom, no toilet paper very very hard pillows. In a very, very horrible mattress. I woke up in so much pain today, but the lady that checked me in at night was really nice.

the worst experience of my life!!! disgusting, no light, no toilet paper, cockroaches, the photos are not true, I booked a room with 3 beds and they gave me only 2. I actually want my money back… this is the worst experience!!!

Housekeeping was super friendly but the downtown ghettoness of Victorville was a bit to process. I was out multiple times to my car that night and still got jacked for it.

I got f@cked so good I couldnt walk for a week! also the have really fluffy pillows! Like the hair on my coochie. I really ****** him off good. I swallowed all that creamy jiz. I cant wait for the next adventure＞

Worst place ever, I booked a reservation thru ******* while on the road after driving all day and when I got there less than 5 minutes later it was in an extremely shady area of town with all the doors to the rooms leading to the parking lot where 2 ********** were circling the parking lot staring at my car. When I told the attendant that I booked two rooms thru ******* they literally had to wait for the reservation to come thru then I asked the attendant for rooms side by side because I have kids with me they told me they didn’t have any and that the two rooms would be on separate floors, I told them I couldn’t have my kids on a separate floor and that I needed a refund so they told me to call ******* for that. I left to find another place to stay for the night and called ******* to get a refund, once on the phone with ******* I was informed that the property owners were denying my refund stating they had the proper accommodations for me and my family which they definitely did not. I’ve had to call my bank and dispute the charges because these greedy people think they can just rip off travelers for hundreds of dollars whenever they feel like it. This is the worst place I’ve ever attempted to stay at, and would not recommend it to anyone

Refrain from booking this property . I stayed a night there and they don’t have a lot of bed bugs ! I had another reservation for 3 more nights and I have to cancel it because I could not sleep because of the bed bugs ! They are refusing the refund too !! The area is completely unsafe

At check in I was cross-examined by an older gentleman who seemed not too glad to see me. I had already paid the room rate, a rate he seemed unpleasantly surprised with. It took nearly half an hour to check in. But the room itself was charming and comfortable.

Was a great stop over on our trip

They take a $150 hold, which is completely normal, since I travel alot I’m use to this concept but they told me at check out I’d receive the $150 back. Since it was a Sunday I figured it might take an extra day or two to reverse so I didn’t fret too much over it. After Tuesday came I gave them a call and they explained it’ll take 3-5 business days. It’s been 7 business days now and I gave them another call for them to give me a run around “call back tomorrow, I don’t know why it didn’t reverse”. They aren’t very helpful or apologetic, I almost feel like they’re trying to play me and take my money. I have never experienced this much difficulty staying anywhere getting my deposit back when i left the room in perfect condition, i literally only slept there a told me 8 hours maybe because i was actually down in So Cal for work. I won’t be staying here again and I hope I get my deposit back or I’ll be contacting my bank and lawyer.
