房間就是10年前的裝修了，該更新設施了，但酒店前台還是很重視客人的入住體驗，入住時有一晚隔壁房的12點還在大聲喧嘩，就直接打給前台投訴，後面半小時內隔壁房消停，後來前台主動問起此事有沒有影響入住體驗，衹能説沒有是假的，衹是他們前台對過分的事情零容忍，主動制止解決問題的實操點贊。

不過整體.符合五星標準

Прекрасный отель. Расположение супер. Все магазины рядом, за углом. Номера большие и чистые, часто с двумя окнами. Очень тихо в номере. Кровать удобнейшая. Завтрак вообще мечта. Консьержи тоже отличные. Доктор присылал мне рецепт в номер, чтоб я сходила купила себе лекарства, но консьерж это сделал за меня, все принес. Теперь это самый любимый отель в Вене для меня.

Отличный отель, расположенный в самом центре города. Удобно совершать пешие прогулки по Вене, удобное расположение для шоппинга. В отеле прекрасный бассейн и зона SPA. Отличный завтрак с отменным качеством и большим выбором блюд. Сервис соответствует высокому мировому уровню. Достаточно дорого, но стоит того.

Just finished our annual March residence at Park Hyatt Vienna. We stayed 15 nights in one of their elegant Park Suites. It’s still our favorite PH property with exceptional Globalist care. The staff is second to none! We were greeted by the GM, and presented with two cakes and numerous small gifts to celebrate our birthdays along the way. Guest services even treated us to afternoon tea. The property is very convenient for walking to concert halls, opera, and major museums. Plus, we used the spa every day. This was our third visit and we are already planning our 2026 return!

The Park Hyatt Vienna was simply fabulous! Everything was top notch. From the door men who took our bags, to the check-in personnel, to the concierge. I'm so sorry I didn't get the name of the concierge who helped me every single morning. This was our first visit to Vienna and every morning he would highlight a map of the city with suggestions on what to see and where to go and drawing out walking paths for my husband and me. He gave us great suggestions and couldn't have been more helpful. The location of the Park Hyatt can't be beat. It's in the heart of the city and walking distance to almost everything you would want to see and do. The breakfast buffet was good but I wouldn't call it fantastic. The buffet at the Hyatt du Louvre in Paris was much better. We also had a service issue on Sunday. For some reason, we just couldn't get served. They wouldn't even look at us. Our coffee didn't arrive until after we had eaten. It was bizzare. But service was great all other mornings so I will just chalk that up to a miss/bad day. If I had to be really, really nitpicky - I would say I didn't like the products in the bathroom. The soaps, shampoos, conditioner were not great. I would have far preferred L'Occitane products. But again, I'm nitpicking. I would stay there again in a heart beat. The rooms are stunning and spacious. The linens, beds, towels were luxurious. The service was excellent. The rooms themselves were over-the-top beautiful.

We recently spent a beautiful three day weekend at the Park Hyatt Vienna, and it was nothing short of amazing! The hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the gorgeous city of Vienna. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings that made it feel even more luxurious. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully designed. Also, the Le Labo products in the bathroom smelled incredible and were a nice touch. In addition, the staff were fantastic! They were so friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Stefano, the concierge, was especially helpful. He made reservations for us, gave great recommendations and even helped me send back a watch I accidentally left behind in the room. The hotel’s amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the great gym and loved relaxing at the pool and spa at Arany Spa after exploring the city. Breakfast at the Bank Brasserie was delicious, with a wide variety of options in a stunning setting. We also enjoyed sweet treats in the lounge during the afternoons. The Park Hyatt Vienna is a true five-star hotel with outstanding service. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I stayed at the Park Suite with View. The rooms were large and well-fitted, with heated marble floors. I loved the windows overlooking the Christmas markets. The spa is stunning. The gym is new. I loved breakfast at the Bank. Josie, Stefano, Martin and the team were generally fantastic, helping me with my needs. However, I want to highlight Karim, who was exceptional. I stayed with Hyatt since 2021 when I graduated university, over 300+ nights since including PH Bangkok, PH Niseko in Japan, PH Seoul, and some of the best non-Hyatt hotels in the world. Karim was the best concierge I’ve ever had. Here are 3 reasons: He is an excellent problem-solver; I asked where I could get cake, he called up the most famous cafe in town with the best cakes (Cafe Central) and gave me a card to show them. I had not thought about that cafe because online reviews had said it was impossible to get into. If he hadn’t, I would have to wait an hour in the Vienna cold and rain. He even assured me he will come to the cafe if they didn’t let me in, and I know he meant it. I had the best experience because of him of Austrian pastry. There were some hiccups with bookings which were due to language mistranslations which he resolved immediately. He gave me bathing suit recommendations (because the pool didn’t sell any) and the best Christmas market recommendations, because I deserved better experiences than the average one in front of the hotel. Karim goes above and beyond as a concierge for hospitality; I needed a phone charger, and it wasn’t charged out of the box, when I came down later it was all charged ready for me, because he is prepared. He recommended an orchestra show (at best music hall where Vienna does New Year’s concerts that go for 10,000 Euros on the Black Market). I was very impressed by his thoughtful recommendation. He made small talk that made me feel welcome and seen by asking about my story; I was traveling alone at Christmas yet I had the most amazing time because of Karim’s recommendations and gestures. He genuinely cares for guests: He switched out tour guides because I was uncomfortable with a third-party guide, which he didn’t need to do. I know that no matter who the guest was and what they needed, Karim would deliver his 200%. Karim’s exceptional service is the reason why I will choose Park Hyatt over other hotels everytime and will fully recommend this hotel and Hyatt to friends, family and strangers. I hope he gets recognized by Hyatt for his impressive work. There is no request too ridiculous for Karim, he always tries his best for guests.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt for 2 nights.We were gifted a GOH, so we were treated like Globalists, which really made our stay phenomenal. We arrived around 9 am and checked in. We were upgraded to a king deluxe room (even though the hotel was at capacity). They apologized that our room wasn't ready yet, and initially told us it would be ready around 1. (It ended up being ready before 11 am.) I wanted to freshen up before going out to explore. So we were taken down to the spa changing rooms. The location of the hotel is wonderful. There was a great Christmas market right in front. There were also restaurants and lots of shops including all the fancy places. It was so easy to walk to most places from the hotel. Our room was beautiful with very high ceilings. The room was huge. There was a desk, king bed (very comfortable), seating area, and the mini bar and coffee station. We also had a walk in closet. The bathroom had a shower, tub, two sinks, and fancy bath products. We got a free bottle of sparkling wine bc I told them it's our anniversary. On our first morning, we had to leave early for a tour, which meant no breakfast. My husband called down that morning and within 20 minutes, we had a bag waiting for us downstairs with coffee and pastries to go (free of charge). We did go to breakfast on our last morning. Huge assortment of food on the buffet, as well as a menu (eggs benedict was amazing). They also had mimosas. Before checkout, we did go down to use the pool and sauna. It was so relaxing. You cannot miss the pool, even if just for a quick dip. Everything was gorgeous. We got a late checkout (we were able to stay til 4 but we left around 1:30 pm). I would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible.

We stayed for three nights with Park Hyatt Vienna and everything was so over the top. You would tell no expense was spared to make the hotel beautiful. The entire staff is amazing. They are always waiting to anticipate something you may need. Room service was catered to times when we were not in the room and bottles of water were always stocked up. Our room was a wonderful size. We did request extra pillows and those were brought promptly to the room. We had an issue with the shower being Luke warm and they send someone immediately to take a look and when I came back from dinner there was a ticket with clear communication that the concern was addressed. We tried their breakfast and it was nice. We also had lunch and that was very good as well. All these meals were eaten inside “The Bank” We also utilized the salon to get my husband a haircut. The atmosphere was very nice with water being offered and magazines to look through. I regret not having enough time to go to the pool or book a spa treatment. This was our first Park Hyatt experience and we hope that others match this standards. We will absolutely stay here again if in Vienna

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was impeccable, every staff member we encounter was professional, warm and genuine helpful. The hotel itself is stunning with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and elegance. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations and reservations, always making us feel like valued guests. Special mention goes to the bar staff, service was truly amazing. This is luxury hospitality at its finest. The Park Hyatt Vienna is the kind of place you look forward to returning to, and we can’t wait to go back _
