Family Hotel Andes - Only for Family

One of the best family hotels in the Dolomites. Very good price/quality ratio. The hotel has a very good kitchen and very good animation for children, a heated pool and a newer SPA. The parking lot is right next to the hotel. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift (20 m). I really recommend it.

You really won't know what true hospitality is until you stay here. Just such a friendly and considerate staff. The amenities are superb also of course, but just wanted to point out how universally nice it is to say somewhere people genuinely seem to care that you and your family are having a good time.

We stayed 4 nights in December with our two children aged 7 and 10 and had a fabulous time. It was our first time skiing and the first time our children had even seen snow so the whole experience was very exciting and Chiara and her colleagues on the reception desk were very helpful with all our enquiries. In fact all of the staff were the kindest, most welcoming and generous we have come across and it really felt like we were staying with family. We especially enjoyed the food and were warmly greeted by Tiziano, Monica and the restaurant staff each evening. The menu each night for adults was very impressive and the children’s menu was very well enjoyed by our kids- especially the gelato. One of our children celebrated a birthday during our stay and they made him feel so special. After each day of skiing we really appreciated the swimming pool, spa and sauna facilities which were exceptionally clean and very luxurious. Our quad room was spacious with a modern bathroom and great storage to unpack our clothes. We didn’t want to leave and will certainly recommend to our friends in Australia. Overall it was such a wonderful stay that truly exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic place, fantastic staff and managment too! Very good conditions and accomadation. Near slope. Very good food and service. Parking for cars, including buses/coaches. Near shopes and parking for skibuses.

There are other family hotels in the Dolomiti Superski, but this one has everything - tremendous value for the quality. The staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. The kids had blast in kids club. It was a wonderful week.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Once you have parked your car your holiday starts, everything you need is around you! The hotel is well kept, clean and tidy and the pool keeps the children busy when you need a time to relax after an exhausting time on the slopes. The room was perfect for our family of five.
