The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and the food was passable, though I would have liked more fresh vegetables and less oily dishes. Service at the front desk could be improved. When I arrived, I was asked for my ID and phone number, and told to wait while they checked on my early check-in request. However, there was no follow-up for over 10 minutes — I had to approach the staff again, only to find out they had forgotten. In the end, I had to wait a couple of hours until the standard check-in time. On a more positive note, the cleaning staff and restaurant team were friendly and helpful. Noise was also an issue during my stay, with a youth camp next door and loud children in the room beside mine, which made it difficult to rest.
