Great hotel; clean, spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Would happily return again. Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel has the potential to be great, however, the front desk staff is what is preventing that. From my initial call on the phone to confirm my reservation, along with my check-in experience, there is a lot of room for improvement. During check-in, the employee was awkward, not friendly or welcoming. They also did not offer me any info on where the pool, gym or even the elevators were in which would lead me to my room. Instead, I had to walk around the property like a lost tourist to figure out where everything was. I realize this is not a Ritz Carlton property, however, customer service goes a long way. Another issue I had with this hotel is the fact that non-electric vehicles were parked in the parking spaces with vehicle chargers. When I brought this up to the gentleman at the front desk, he simply asked me “are they charging their car?” Ummm, as I had stated, the vehicle was not electric. Several hours later, the vehicle was still parked there. Overall, the hotel is nice because it is newer construction, however, that is the only real positive here.

Great staff, great room. The only one negative was the leaky shower faucet. They tried to fix it but it was stubborn. Great property.

This property is newer and very nice. Everything was clean and smelt good. The parking and check in was simple. The jacuzzi was very relaxing.

Staffers pleasant and helpful. Rooms large with nice wide screen tvs. Breakfast not bad, pretty standard. Would stay again when in the area. Also love the location.
