The service was great, the facility was super clean, it looked like it had been recently renovated and was tastefully done. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancake machine.

We had a wonderful experience..It was a short sightseeing trip to the area and Americinn filled our every need/want.- location, cleanliness, courtesy, and stellar staff (Chelsea - front desk ) We enjoyed a great breakfast and we were on our way ! Thank you Americinn. We will be back!

Very beautiful and clean hotel! Pool and jacuzzi are amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Have stayed here several times and will continue. Have stayed there for the 100 miles garage sales and events in Pepin WI. Nice rooms. Pool and hot tub and great breakfast.

Nice spacious rooms. The grumpy old man room is a king size bed with a full large whirlpool tub in the family room in addition to an electric fireplace. My only issue is your check in and requests online. Don’t quite match up with the front desk. Just something the management needs to work out so the front desk agents are more informed.

The stay was wonderful. The room was clean and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and pointed out several places to see along our trip. Recommended several places to eat as well.

Arrived late after a long day of travel. Jake was a delight and very helpful. Would highly recommend to any future traveler.

It’s a wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting. Great breakfast and the rooms, beds, bath etc. are very well appointed. The General Manager, Chelsey Springer is absolutely wonderful!

This has been one of my favorite hotels for many years. The entire place is VERY clean! Friendly, helpful staff, nice pool, hot tub, and sauna, cozy atmosphere and comfortable lobby. Fun merchandise for sale as well. You won’t be disappointed!
