Klip en Kristal Guest House

Miriam was very kind to us and went over and above for our needs. The pool was clean and beautiful and also the rooms were spacious. The aircon in one room was not working though as we had booked two rooms.

I was on a road trip and slept over at Klip & Kristal. The guest house is clean, comfortable and home away from home. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can recommend staying at this facility. It is situated in a quite part of town and felt very secure.

No inverter for loadshedding, there was a generator on site, but was not started when loadshedding kicked in. No water when loadshedding started, I assume they have a pressure pump on site, no electricity/no pressure. The toilet had some black pieces driping from the water bowl. Bed was comfortable, but we had a really struggled to sleep as the cushions were to hard/high. My husband has neck problems and he had to buy a temporary cushion to be able to sleep. The coffee mugs was not cleaned properly when we used them for the first time. Our fridge packed up on the last day of our stay. Other than that... We liked the aircon in the room, the swimming pool was nice. The braai area was also nice. Room was also equipped with full dstv. Guesthouse staff was very friendly. If all the above can be rectified we will go back anytime, the biggest issue we had is the fact that there is no working back up system in place when loadshedding starts. Other than that, the rest of the issues we experienced is not a big issue for us.

Very much happy with your guest house and our stay was very comfort my partner wants us to book again when we are that side hopefully you will still give us the service you gave. We like to say thank you very much Una and the ladies that clean your place they are doing excellent job it's nice to sleep at the guest house and you feel like you are home

We arrived in the evening and found a beautifully prepared room and enjoyed a fantastic nights sleep after a long day. Rooms are well planned and included a small kitchen, dining area, luxurious, spacious bedroom which had two lounge chairs that you could relax in and have a good cup of tea. The bathroom consisted of a bath, shower, his and her's hand basins and a toilet. The room also had ample cupboard space for your clothing. A very delicious breakfast was served in the dining room. The guest house also had a swimming pool, large garden, lapa, and braai area for guests to enjoy. The staff were friendly, very helpful and provided sterling service. Compliments to the staff. We had a fantastic weekend's rest and enjoyed ourselves seeing the various sights in the surrounding area.

This is a safe and beautiful guesthouse. Will definity stay there again . Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was something to experience . We had breakfast that was made specially just for us . We enjoyed it .

Reception was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and perfect for couples. The outdoors were just right for sitting and braaing. There is unfortunately loadshedding, but there was a light and candles given which gave a very nice ambiance to the beautiful room.

Our stay was wonderful, we felt welcomed and really enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and was beautiful. Una, the owner made an effort for us to stay when we needed and really went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one.

We enjoyed it very much and had nice days. Very friendly owner, good breakfast and a super comfortable bed, a large nice bathroom and a great outdoor shower, the location was ideal, you were right in the city
