Paradise Point is the escape you have been looking for! Pet Friendly and centrally located with 370+ feet of waterfront the views and relaxation are endless. We have almost an acre of space set up with families in mind! Outside you will enjoy a large private dock with plenty of room for all of your favorite summer activities, a fire pit with Solo Stove and outdoor dining. The water at the end of the dock is about 5ft deep with shallow water at the shore. Hunters creek is a quiet and convenient neighborhood on the Virginia side of Lake Gaston. Everything you need to enjoy your getaway is within 10 minutes by boat or car! Smart TV Bedroom Three: Upstairs with shared bathroom This room has three comfortable beds, a King, Twin, and Twin trundle. Smart TV Kitchen: Cook your favorite home-cooked meals Well-equipped kitchen Flatware Dish set for the kids Full knife set Cooking basics Pots and pans Crockpot Spices Toaster Blender Pizza Pan Wine opener For our furry friends: - Maximum of two dogs - Must be at least one year old and house trained - Absolutely no pets on furniture. This allows up to keep the furniture and beds clean or to protect from any damage - The first dog is $100 and the second is an additional $50 -- Paradise Point does not have garbage pick up and we will require you to take all of your waste with you upon checkout. There will be a $30 waste removal fee if there is any trash left behind. Please communicate with us before hand if this is the case. Warren County Waste is 3.5 miles from the property and on your way to the interstate. 1698 Eaton Ferry Rd, Littleton, NC 27850.
