Extremely good and highly recommended. Super clean, easy access to restaurants and bus stops, big BBQ area, each room equipped with heater and A/C. Very friendly staff. All my families rate 10/10 for this place👍

非常好的酒店！由於當天坐錯車，我們到達酒店時比預計時間晚了幾個小時，一整天都在坐車很辛苦，酒店前台工作人員聽説了我們的經歷給我們免費升級了房間，讓我們好好休息，真的很貼心。房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，外面還可以BBQ，離超市很近，買東西很方便。性價比超高！推薦給大家！ Nice hotel with kind service, neat and clean, near to Woolworth, good choice in Warrnambool!

非常抱歉，我沒有拍照片的事，但這家店是我整個大陽路之前覺得很舒服的一家店，房間雖然有一點點年代感，但是很乾凈，而且床很軟，房間也比較大，而且尤其前排在幫我們去辦理入住的姐姐很好，人非常好，她給我推薦了很多當地可以旅行和遊玩的地方

還行， 可以將就了， 乾乾淨淨的 地理位置不錯， 去哪都方便 服務：基本沒服務， 到晚了衹有打電話獲取鑰匙箱的祕密拿鑰匙🔑

Was unable to get into the hotel for over an hour. Apparently they close the lobby at 6 pm. That important information was not on the reservation site so I didn’t know. The phone number does not work from American phones. TripAdvisor has been no help. There are cars in the parking lot but I have nowhere to go. Paid for a room, in advance, but am not able to access it. Frustrated beyond belief. A guest that pulled in while I was sitting in my car, upset, with an Australian phone was able to call the number and someone answered and gave me a code to retrieve the key. Avoid this place unless you can check in between 2 and 6 pm. No employees outside of that window. In the positive side, the room is clean.

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed at. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Modern and clean room with great amenities. Pillows and bed very comfortable. Close to city centre. Fantastic that the owner contacted me after my stay to see if I had any issues. A VERY BIG THANKS.

Great location, great price. Cannot complain about the room. Great shower, comfortable bed. Clean linen. Looks like it has had a new coat of paint. There is a microwave, kettle and toaster in the room. Also plates and cutlery. Great idea, probably a new thing from the new owner. Very quiet at night. Parking on the property or in the street. Only one thing bad, the air-conditioning was a bit noisy.

Service was excellent, very accommodating. Really appreciated the friendly reception from Rob. Best motel we’ve ever stayed at. Clean, cosy room with plenty of heating, good TV, comfy bed. Convenient location. Very happy with our stay!

Clean roomy motel room. Bathroom adequate in room. Bed could be more comfortable and pillows could be better. Parking outside room available. Has microwave toaster and kettle plus tv. Lamps beside side table each side of bed and adequate power plugs for charging your phone etc Air con sufficiently works. Eating utensils plus plates and bowls in room. Table and chairs to enjoy your meal. Aesthetically pleasing room. A bonus is a nightlight in the bathroom.

I thought City Heart was good value for money. It was very well situated walking district from the main part of town, with food outlets nearby. The staff were friendly and obliging. The room was a little older, however it was clean with good facilities and nice and quiet.

To an Adelaidean like me, this was an ideal motel to position myself for the next day exploring the Great Ocean Road. Good value for money, and a good place to explore Warrnambool on foot in the evening. However, it is the helpfulness of the staff that I will remember. Thank you so much.

We paid $340 for one night. We had assumed that there would be airconditioning for this price - there wasn't . The room seemed cobbled together from second hand furniture and was quite shabby and felt grotty, The stench from the rubbish was overwhelming. First and last time for us. The cleaning staff were friendly.

We stay here for 6 nights every December/January. We love it! Main shopping and cafe area is literally across the road and most other places (clubs/pubs) are within walking distance. The breakwater for fishing is about 10 minutes away. City Heart is spotlessly clean, great owners that look after us well, extremely friendly and helpful cleaning staff and we've never had any issues whatsoever! Over this busy xmas period, I feel for all the staff. Some people that stay are just disrespectful, arrogant p*gs. Partying all night with no respect for other guests, rubbish left all over the place and rooms left absolutely filthy. Also, who steals coffee mugs and spoons?? I saw for myself (and was told) what the staff were left to clean up on one particular day and the people that left that mess (and stole the 75c Kmart mugs and spoons) should be ashamed. It's a budget motel, so if you want frilly and fancy with all the bells and whistles, go elsewhere - but if you just want a secure room with a clean bed, shower, TV, friendly staff etc which is close to everything, this is the one! Thanks guys and will see you again in December! Michelle (Room 3)
