Sometimes rain, fog, snow, sleet, or ice create unexpected and hazardous driving conditions - especially during the colder months of November - April. Since road conditions may become hazardous during your stay, an All-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains and the ability to drive on snow and ice are strongly recommended to get to and from the property and surrounding areas. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE FULLY PREPARED and there will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
