Easy check in and spacious apartment. Excellent location- within minutes of Colby and downtown restaurants. Super comfy living room to relax in after a full day of Parents Weekend:

We were there due to work The building had absolutely everything you could need It was very spacious and comfortable so we were able to get a good nights rest

The host was very accommodating and allowed us an early check in. Great communication.

Completely furnished for those who want to cook. Plenty of hot water and clean beds. Comfortable seating. Anna was wonderful to work with. The reason for a 4, not a 5, was the stairs. Safe railing which I use at all times, but steep and narrow. If you’re agile, no problem at all :)

Andriana was great with communication and allowing us to get in to the Vrbo an hour earlier. Great location, everything was right there.

Waterville ME trip The apt was very dirty. We cancelled our stay and was given a refund

Concert goers we needed a one night overnight in order to attend a local concert. 4 adults in our party over age 50. this provided us a comfy place with plenty of room to spread out before and after the concert. the kitchen was well equipped, and we could have made our own supper and breakfast. we chose to eat out. we could bring home leftovers unlike a hotel room. i would stay again if we ever come back to the area.
