Great stay

It was our first time staying here and now it definitely wont be the last. Beautiful accommodating rooms, especially for our family of 5. We loved that the pool area also had a sauna. Can't wait for our next stay.

We loved the suite, beautiful room. The walls were a little thin. Being on a romantic couples weekend, we were VERY conscious about that. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

Beautiful view of the bay, a perfect location for me, the staff is absolutely wonderfulm, and my favorite coffee shop is there Biggby.

Room was nice! However- I paid cash for 6 bottles of water, and they charged me for 2 of the bottles- specifically after I asked to pay cash for them. I called to question the charge- and they declined to remove it. Said they had no record of purchase for 4 bottles. Error in their end resulted in a charge on my card. Although a minimal charge- exhibits bad business practices. And, now makes me question trustworthiness of staff.

The staff are always so welcoming and inviting when arriving at the hotel! I love that they text you throughout your stay to check in to see how things are going! The rooms are always clean and beds are always nicely made! It seems my friend and I have stayed in the same room for the last three visits!! We always get a lake view room and will forever love the view!! Staff are always so friendly when I see them through my stay!! If you are in need of a nice hotel for a weekend getaway, this is the hotel for you!!

Staying at Terrace Bay is always a good experience, from five star dinners at their restaurant to a well rested night without worries knowing we have everything needed there.

Cute spot to check out, the restaurant was phenomenal and on spot for prices. Staff was friendly. The rooms well just renovated, new floor no carpet and all outlets worked. Clean rooms and beds were on the firmer side & the bed sheets were new had that roughness feel.
