Vida Cayman

I stayed in Vida for 2 nights with my husband in September. I have only positive things to say - firstly the room is incredible and unmatched by any other hotels I have stayed in. The kitchen is fully self-contained (cooking utensils, smoothie maker, coffee machine - basically everything you could need or want). The kitchen & lounge area was separate to the bedroom, which was extremely spacious with a lovely en-suite (shower and separate bath). The view from the balcony is stunning and thanks to the yoga matts which are provided, the balcony quicky became my favourite spot for sunrise yoga! There is also a fabulous gym, equipped with cardio machine, squat rack and free weights. The staff were super friendly and willing to help. We had a phone in our room so we could message the front desk when we needed anything and they even made dinner reservations on our behalf. We also got the 'honeymoon' treatment after putting this down as the reason for our stay in the hotel. I won't ruin any surprises but the hotel really went the extra mile and pulled out all the stops to make the occasion even more special. I would highly recommend Vida to anyone who is coming to Cayman for a holiday, or even residents looking for a getaway.

The whole customer service experience at VIDA was amongst the best that I have had anywhere in the world. This is no mean statement considering the amount of business travelling that I do! Natalia, Rebecca, Edward, Maureen, Patience plus others whose names I cant remember were absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Rebecca who just could not have done more for me to ensure that I was completely taken care of, considering I was there to work.

An amazing oasis with an even more amazing team This beautiful new property oozes tranquility and comfort. Generous suites, even more generous food and a world-class team. From the moment you arrive you feel like the only guest they have or have ever had - nothing is too much trouble. And the food is locally sourced, tasty and healthy to boot! Highly recommend it for business, vacation and relaxation.

A group of 6 stayed for a night to celebrate a friend about to have a baby! They spoiled us and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Being 8 months pregnant is no joke - we felt relaxed in the serenity of Vida’s surroundings and enjoyed the delicious food from Nourish downstairs. The Babymoon was a surprise, and Natalia and Rebecca helped us pull it off without a hitch. As well, the gentle Sunday morning yoga was such a great way to end our amazing experience! Thank you to the Vida team and Chef Mo for the wonderful stay.

We recently celebrated our 10th anniversary with a two-night stay at VIDA. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the food at Nourish was healthy and delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to unwind. It was a serene and memorable getaway—exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Vida Cayman has been one of our favorite places on the island. My wife and I were able to have a small wedding on their Movement Deck and the team at Vida was extraordinary! They helped with absolutely everything and ensured our special day went smoothly. We are so thankful to Vida and we'll definitely be coming back soon!

Hotel Vida is a fantastic destination for both adventurous travelers and those seeking ultimate relaxation. The rooms are beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Our three-bedroom unit was incredibly spacious, with an en-suite bathroom in each room. The ocean view and sunrise from our large balcony added an unforgettable touch to the experience. During our reiki retreat, we enjoyed vegan meals that far exceeded my expectations. The hotel also offers yoga, massages, and various outdoor activities for adventure enthusiasts.

Vida is by far the best vacation stay we have ever had in our 30 years of vacationing. The place is brand new, spacious suites, amenities are outstanding, carefully crafted. The staff is amazing. You get personalized care second to none. Natalia is always smiling and taking care of your needs. Rebecca is constantly checking in with you on what you need in terms of any trips, food, amenities. The restaurant Nourish attached to the resort has very healthy food options. The beach next to the resort is quiet and stunning for taking a stroll or doing some light-weight snorkeling. We will be back for sure soon. Special thanks to Natalia, Rebecca and the entire Nourish staff, Michelle, Edward and everyone else there. This is a topnotch destination.

Vida is a haven for respite! I was near burnout and booked Vida. From my arrival and being greeted incredibly warmly and given fresh water and an overview of the property to the moment I left for the airport, the personal service and care were top notch from everyone! The property are views are beautiful. The standard for quality, design, sustainability, quietness inside the rooms, and personal touch is high. I had a massage and a reiki session on the balcony of my unit and was glorious. Of note: In the midst of a cat 4 hurricane barreling toward the island and everyone working to make preparations, care and concern as a guest on the property never wavered. Alternative plans were made to ensure Nourish, the on site farm to table restaurant, precooked meals, adjustments made to still provide the yoga classes, which easily could have been forgone so people could prepare and batten down ahead of the storm. Calls were made to the airport to ensure it would still be open. Complete selflessness in the midst of their own need to prep and manage their own fears of what the storm would bring.
