The IMPORTANT Stuff First: We only charge our nightly rate to book our condo. The VRBO “calculated price" does NOT include the following fees that you will be required to pay the Resort upon arrival: These fees are the Honduran 19% Tourism and Sales Tax, based on our Total nightly rate. The Resort charges a Daily Resort Fee of $50.00 Per Reservation and a onetime Final cleaning fee (tax inluded ) of $57.67 If you desire to reserve the Resort Shuttle Transfers, they charge a $12.00 Fee Per Person For the Round Trip Transportation. We Do Not Charge and Can Not Collect Any of These Fees! We have greatly reduced our Nightly Rate to make it possible for you to come and enjoy our beautiful condo.
