Curtain was broken, i couldnt use the remote to fully close the windows and avoid early morning sunlight.

Your website advertised a shuttle to the metro. That’s why we chose this site. There was no shuttle. The new manager was very nice but was unable to get us a refund because we booked third party. We had to Uber for days at great cost to us. One day we left a half eaten box of candy on the desk. Next morning it was FULL of sugar ants. Nasty!

During my stay at Hampton Inn as I parked my first impression was horrific, I parked near the dumpster and my family and I see a whole bunch of rats casually walking as if they own the place. Meaning they are there daily and this hotel isn’t doing anything to stop it. We also witnessed a lot of ***** in the bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels. On my last day we asked for new towels bc we didn’t have any due to the fact that there were filled with ***** and they forgot to send them, 30 minutes later we finally received them after calling a second time.

地理位置不錯，距離華盛頓國會大概二十五分鐘的車程，20美元左右。酒店服務不錯，餐廳供應熱水。我們提前到了，前台安排我們提前入住。附近三百米處有一個地中海食物風格的參觀，物美價廉。四百米處有一個大型超市。很方便。

The hotel is the usual Hampton Inn. We just stopped for the night. The room was fine and the breakfast the usual fare. We used the laundry and it was very nice. Clean room and very new washer and dryer. Michael at the front desk was very nice. We enjoyed him.

Stayed here for a business trip, and everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location was very convenient, and the service was incredible. The front desk staff were friendly, and when I accidentally left my suits in the closet at checkout, the manager shipped them to my house the same day. It's also getting harder and harder to find decent free breakfast and WIFI, and thankfully Hampton Inns still have both! Would definitely recommend for solo business trips and trips with families, as there is also a nice pool and gym.

Employees can make or break a spot. Kudos to Michael for enhancing our stay. The room and bath are quite spacious. Nice supply of towels and bath extras, not always found these days. Room has ample outlets, nice pull out shelving, and good lighting. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge, but fridge does not have a freezing section if you happen to be carrying cubes for a cooler. Decent breakfast options, Gave it a 4 because the $10 daily parking fee is odd and unexplainable. Also, the curtain, heating/cooling unit layout does not provide any opportunity for curtain black out. Solid curtain rods end on either side of the unit,

Great hotel in a Central location Beds were very comfortable Our room had plenty of space was clean Our room included a refrigerator and a microwave The breakfast room was large The breakfast area was clean The food items were adequate and tasty

This location was perfect for us while visiting D.C. and family in Virginia. The rooms were awesome - spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great and we loved having the physical paper to read! The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

The hotel is well kept, beds were comfy. Good hotel for a night or two stay, and our room was on the backside which is probably much quieter than the other side that faces a busy road. Manager was accomodating.

Beware. The pool deck is extremely unsafe. Yes, slippery when wet applies to all pool decks, but the tile chosen for this pool deck is like no other. Be careful. Both my youngest and my husband slipped several times. Slips were minor but I feel the hotel should take appropriate measures to ensure safety of future guests.

The staff was friendly. The room was ok. We reserved and paid in advance for a wheelchair accessible room with a wheel in shower as I can’t stand up in a shower. This type of room costs more. I called the hotel before completing my reservation to ensure I would be able to shower and was told all wheelchair accessible rooms had roll in showers. This was not the case. The desk clerk was apologetic and comped the $10/night parking (which I didn’t notice when booking or we would have not booked there to begin with) We were offered a larger room that wasn’t wheelchair accessible so that was no help. We stayed for two days so I had to take sponge baths - not a great experience when you pay for the “privilege” to shower. The hotel is right on the highway so it is noisy but convenient to restaurants.
