Artistic Haven in Hollywood with Pool, Hot Tub, Cabana, and Garden

Birthday at Universal Studios Beautiful! Exactly as the pics portray. Cerina and Pascal were amazing hosts!!

Quiet and comfortable We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and we never had a problem finding parking on the street (parking pass provided). The apartment is exactly as pictured: compact, efficient, clean, comfortable. Access to the outdoor area is a real benefit. The owners, Carine and Pascal, are hosts who are kind, caring, and have provided everything needed. We loved the location, too. The area of Sunset Blvd the house is nearest isn't the nicest, but it does have an excellent Mexican restaurant. It seemed a bit rundown but not dangerous in any way. The house itself it about a block away and in a lovely quiet residential area.

Great Stay in Historic Hollywood Neighborhood! The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was super clean, well stocked and quiet. The location was ideal for us since we wanted to see all of the Hollywood sights including Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills, motion picture studio tours, etc. Our hosts were great! Carine gave great instructions and communicated promptly, making it easy for us. Included on-street parking was a plus. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Great rental The property was as described - comfortable, good outdoor space, great neighborhood, really nice hosts! January 2025 was a challenging time to be in Los Angeles, and the hosts were really helpful and wonderful.
