Hotel Saffron Suites

Very nice clean hotel with good amenities, broad lawns, gym, table tennis court, good home made food, very calm quiet cosy place to have a comfortable stay

***** with my family ,I visited the hotel saffron suites in a wedding ceremony on 7th july 2022 . After attending mehandi function when I came back to my room, I found lost my 29000 rs. From my suitcase. When I lodge complain the manager, he said he will talk to owner and ask me wait for some time. Next day at the time of checkout i again requested to manager for my concern and I asked the footage of security camera ,which was just outside of my room. We said owner will come tomorrow and he has the camera access. I noted down my mail id on his register and asked him to mail footage. Regularly After returning my home town Jaipur, i regularly called for ten days on his number for footage or my concern and every time he replied to sending details within 10-15 minutes on my mail id. At last i threatened him to go to police , he gave me the number of owner. When I called the owner Mr. Harsh, he said that all footage has deleted on 10th day. He said I will not get any money or any footage. He threatened me not to call again to him. This criminal type of activities are happening in this hotel. God knows why govt. Is not taking strict action on this kind of hotels and why don't shut down these kind of places, where guest and tourist are getting robbed. I request everybody who is reading this review ,must complain to govt regularities to close this hotel.
