Red Roof Plus+ West Springfield

Room was dated but staff was helpful and kind and the property accepts pets. Parking was easy, right outside the room. For the price and convenience and allowing well behaved pets, it was great! The beds were comfortable ( we had premium room) just wish they were able to provide more pillows.

The staff was super rude. I went down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. I was told there was no way to give me anymore. The two that were on the beds were the smallest pillows ever.

A little perturbed that the rep at the desk told me that my card was already charged “this morning” before I even checked in. Mind you we didn’t get here until about 5:40pm because of the traffic coming in. Had we not needed a room for the night for my husbands event tomorrow the $185 spent on the room could’ve been used on something else that would’ve been worth it. On top of the fact the “housekeeper” left a “I took pride in cleaning your room” but yet the chair & desk table were still grimey with dirt particles. We are germophobes and wipe everything down everywhere we go. The dirty disinfectant wipe showed me otherwise. And we got 3 flat as a pancake pillows to “sleep” on…never again!

Hotel was a great spot to stay at for being in town at a local wrestling show traveling 2 hours from NY. Having a Hooters right across from it was a nice touch as well to grab food. Beds were comfy. So no complaints there. Only complaint was the shower curtain rod looked like it was about to break in the bathroom but not that big of a deal. Would definatly recommend to stay at again in the future.

This was average only because its what i was looking for: 1 night stay, close restaurant, ease of Highway access. Its nothing special but got the job done. Staff was great though!

I didn’t like anything there. My wife and I left because couldn’t stay there so I contacted ******* to cancel my reservation because the clerk couldn’t cancel it since I booked my reservation with them. The rooms were dirty, dusty and very smelly. The beds had food crumps and blood stains and animal poop on the desk. It seems like the manager is not always there because it’s very hard to get in contact with her to get my refund . I don’t know about other Red Roof Hotels but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We booked a "non smoking" room because we were traveling with children, and both of the rooms next to us had smokers who were standing in their doorway with cigarettes for half the evening. There were smudge marks and stains on the furniture, the hair dryer was covered in lipstick, and there was black mold all over the bathroom. The heater smelled like burning plastic.

Clean, and neat, would stay there again. Nice shower. Better than expected, little gap under the door. Would be nice if there was breakfast.

First room assigned to us hadn't been cleaned at all dirty towel hanging on shower, bed wasnt made, trash in room,floors dirty. They upgraded us to a premium room. I dont understand what is premium as it is the same size,and same everything as a regular room. Room still wasnt the cleanest as there was dust on everthing, and shower head definitely needs to be replaced. Only way i will stay there again is if there isnt anything else available. Bright side is definitely enouph resturants near by. Donut dip is the bomb. And definitely better then staying at and howard johnsons but that doesnt say much
