Was only there 1 night as we were passing through. It was clean and room was spacious. Loved the fact that the floor was not carpet. Great pet friendly place. Only complaints would be that its a smoke free room but bedspread had cigarette burn holes and that the pillows are very flat and uncomfortable

The property is kind of run down - marks & dents on walls, shower made noises depending on where you stood, toilet rocked when I sat on it, blankets had cigarette burns, chair old and not comfortable, windows dirty. Room was quited clean. Site advertised free breakfast but there was none.

Cleanliness was very iffy, pillows were horrid. Was told by office that I needed to "find someone" from the housekeeping staff" in order to have my room attended to (stayed there a week). WiFi signal was so weak it made it essentially useless for work. Don't know who gave the good reviews, but I suspect they were fake.

Food selection for breakfast was very limited and what was offered was out of service

Clean room. Nice staff. Free breakfast was nonexistent. Good room for the price. Would stay again when in town.

Breakfast was poor, stay was good

We had a bed and a bathroom which was all we really needed. I had expected the place to be rehabbed since it was under new management. It was not. Overall, the property looks old and tired. We did not go to breakfast because we were meeting family for brunch, but looking into the room I did not see much available. Perhaps you have to put in a request. I appreciated the low cost and free cancellation. Overall, a very average place.

I was only there for about 25 minutes and ask for a refund and was telling them I want to check out and they said I need to contact the third party for a refund and I keep getting the runaround about contacting people and then I keep contacting different people at the property and then they keep saying a call back in one hour every time I’ve got no help I cannot get a refund and I did not even stay there or use the room. I am very upset I will never ever do this again, or use a third-party for any booking ever again.

Non smoking room smelled like smokes; stains, smells etc. made it feel unclean
