放假風景很美，但是入住後要使用現金交城市税，其他都很好，距離火車站有一定距離，但是路上的風景很美麗。

入住後感覺非常有家庭氛圍的民宿 每層樓道里都有一些舊傢俱和玩具 房間温暖整潔 早餐不錯 居然吃到了北京松仁小肚味道的火腿 唯一不足的是沒有電梯 工作人員會幫你提行李上樓

酒店地點比其它酒店遠離火車站。地方整潔，早餐品種多及有特色。 可惜服務上要給差評，理應下午三時入住，要等到下午四時才有房，也和1小時前指出的房間有分別。 我們坐在房間門口外吃東西，拿了一張布質凳仔放食物，在上面鋪了保護。但一老婦（感覺是酒店的主人，是住在我們房間隔壁）經過，拿了兩塊布過來要我們再保護好這張凳😳期間不停的訓導我們不應該在門外吃東西（應該在花園內吃），會弄汚這凳子，更提醒不能在房間裏吃東西，房間裏的垃圾應該拿出外面15米外垃圾桶拋棄，因為會產生異味影響房間空氣質素云云。在移動食物期間。飲料倒瀉了，她的面色更難看。又訓斥了一頓，説什麼毀壞了這張凳。 這樣的服務實在可惡。我們住酒店住得多了，但從來未有遇過這樣酒店的服務人員（或老闆）。 百分百不推薦, 住費也不平便宜。It is a really bad hotel stay experience. Highly not recommend as it doesn't match its high price with its service.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with a Rail Discoveries group. It’s a traditional Swiss chalet. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food and wine were excellent and there was plenty choice for everyone. Ample portions and good table service. Breakfast was continental buffet style but always lovely fresh bread, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs etc. Really nice large room in the annexe. Serviced daily and towels changed etc. Would go back in a minute!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, friendly service staff were helpful and all no problem. Food first class. Best hotel I've stayed in for many years.. Room was lovely cleaned daily every working . I would recommend this hotel. Would recommend this hotel family run , super food , all round well ✔️

We enjoyed our stay at the Alpenblick on our Rail Discoveries holiday. We occupied the chalet accommodation across the road from the hotel which was very spacious and clean. We had forgotten to let the hotel know of our need for non feather bedding and pillows beforehand, but when explained on arrival it was no trouble and the owner arranged for it to be changed immediately. The food provided was excellent and we enjoyed our evening meals and the packed lunches which were provided every day. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs We would recommend this hotel and would stay again should we return to the Interlaken region in the future.

Booked 4 rooms 1 was modern 3 was totally outdated with dim lighting and dirty furniture rooms smelt of urine this could be as hotel allows pets in the rooms. We booked 4 rooms with twin beds this hotel don’t have twin beds what they call twin beds is a double bed frame with 2 single mattresses in it. See pics. Breakfast just few cold items to choose from toaster broken and the staff in the restaurant are miserable and no interest in anything you may ask for. I have never in my life seen such a measly breakfast in any hotel and I’ve been around the world for work etc. Hotel owners or staff have no interest in the guest. Honestly a bunch of real miserable people.

Out of all the places that we stayed on our three week vacation this one was the worst. It was warm and since the rooms do not have air conditioning we had to keep the windows open. The room faced the street and besides the vehicle noise and street lights shining in the room, there was the cigar smoke coming up from the patio/dining area. At around 3:00 a.m. a tourist bus pulls up on this very narrow street, that's when the yelling, unloading, and slamming doors began. Since the place is older you hear every creaking and squeaking noise for the next 2 hours. When we told the front desk the next day, they said that they have asked the tour guide to tell the guests to keep their voices down, but they sometimes forget. So this has happened before! It looks like a small quiet hotel, but that is not the case. Also, if you are not traveling by car the hotel is a hike from the train station.

This hotel has very small and basic standard rooms some with shower and washbasin inside the room. Staying guests come a poor second to the 'gourmet' restaurant. The dining room for staying guests is inadequate and uncomfortable for the number of guests. Be aware that some rooms are in an annexe which is very basic and not carpeted. If you must stay here book a superior room at considerable extra cost. Poor value for money.

The hotel staff is nice and friendly and they do try to fix things for you if there is an issue. We checked in, and the Jr. suite that we were assigned was a sizeable room(s) in a separate building from the main. The first room had a decent view out the windows and access to a balcony for additional views in a different direction. It also had a musty smelling shower room, along with a separate toilet space. We didn’t use it long enough to note anything else. I’m sorry to say that we didn’t like the first room that we were given. In their defense, the management did offer us two different rooms, and we stayed in one of them for one night. Even though that room was nice, we decided to check out of the hotel after one night. Unfortunately, our reservation was for three nights. While they had not charged my credit card as of arrival, they did charge it about an hour after we changed rooms for the one night we stayed there. If you book at this hotel, be sure to review the cancelation and early departure policies. The management strictly adheres to them and they charged me for all three nights. My aggravation isn’t with the hotel for having a policy and following it, the aggravation stems from paying $1600 USD for basically one night, and having the staff tell me they ‘can’t do anything, because of the policy’. As a former manager, I know who makes policies, and who can make exceptions to the policy. One staff person told me we would be charged for two nights, which while expensive also, would have been more acceptable. The location, in Wilderswil, is rural, and the small town doesn’t really have a commercial area with restaurants or shops, so you need to drive to Interlaken, about 2 miles away for that. Be aware of that if you like to walk to dinner or to do a little shopping. I would also say that the price of 448 chf ($528 usd) is too much for a Jr Suite at this hotel. Again, my fault, as I booked the room and agreed to the policies on the website. The same room, a few days later, was 337 chf. So, a word to those who would like a more urban environment and a more forgiving departure policy, choose something in Interlaken.

Delightful rustic charm in this lovely quiet hotel in the tradutional alpine chalet style, and decorated throughout with "gemutlich" antique furniture and ornaments - yet only a short walk from Wilderswil station with convenient connections to all the Jungfrau region attractions. Excellent service throughout: an ample buffet alpine breakfast with local produce and warm, freshly baked bread. Excellent evening meals with beer from the village brewery. A cosy room, although perhaps a firmer mattress would have made it even better.
