Up to eight guests will be able to sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai. We also have a gas-operated golf cart and two bikes at the property, which guests can use at their pleasure. With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including nearly 50 famed golf courses. The home is just a short jaunt down the road from the Well Point Rec Center, where there is a family pool, courts for tennis and pickle ball and more activities. And you're just a short car — or golf cart — ride away from the community's lively town centers, home to a plethora of shops, restaurants and nightly live entertainment. The Villages is the perfect launching grounds for your vacation, located near popular tourist destinations such as Disney World and Daytona Beach. No smoking please!
