Very poor service couldn't even get help from the front desk they putted us in a room with a very bad smell of roach spray it was so bad I ended up in the emergency room for 6 hours...but befor that me and GF had to keep calling the front desk over the smell and no TV in the room and they did nothing....I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one because of the doctors orders...so on top of all that I will never go there again and I should get the money back for the 2nt night because the doctor at the emergency room said do not stay in that room the way it is....so with the emergency room papers and the orders from the doctors I SHOULD GET A REFUND FOR ONE NIGHT.....

Worst hotel I ever booked. The room was dirty and roaches. Checked out 20 minutes after checking in. Asked for a refund but didn’t get one. This hotel is on the bottom of my list after 50 years of travel. Wyndham should get their name off of this hotel

Under no circumstance should anyone stay here. Travel apps offer just as good deals nearby. To start with, good luck finding anyone at the front desk. Then, my room was absolutely the worst I've ever been in. Dirty, everything was broken (the drain under the sink, for instance, was not connected and water just ran out onto the floor). There's no trash can, only half a roll of toilet paper, a washcloth jammed into the hole where the smoke alarm should be, the list goes on. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel has serious health and safety issues that need to be resolved before anyone should be allowed to stay there. The location is amazing, but the hotel does not deserve to bear the Wyndham brand

Nasty in every way absolute horrible experience and wish I never paid in advance...family was scared to go out of the room and rooms were filled with black mold where I had to go the er and recieved a breathing treatment...due to congestion and lack of breathing ....dangerous for babies and heavy drug sales are all over with users in the parking lot ...horrible ..pool is used as storage and manager never at desk ...water leaks and ac and TV were working sometimes ...do not stay here

The beds are comfortable, no bugs and we’ve stayed here 5-6x this past year, pool has been down over a year, microwave and fridge in room, hot water in shower, cold ac, breakfast is cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, apples, toast/waffles, juice/coffee. Fire alarms are usually off the wall and paint is peeled etc but this is a cheap hotel near Busch gardens. You pay for what you get. If you want a nice hotel you’re gonna pay 100+ a night. If you want a comfortable bed to crash after a long day in the park that’s cheap then this will do.

This place needs a lot of help. First, the pool is not functional, no water and being used as for storage. Our sheets were dirty and no hot water. Broken windows.

It was an inexpensive hotel and not worth the price. The room was not very clean, and the breakfast was poor quality.

Didn’t appreciate lack of staff or the general disrepair. Our room had holes in the walls, peeling paint and the door off its jamb. When told about it, desk clerk said to lift it up to close! Shouldn’t have to and pay you too!

The only thing clean was the top and bottom sheet and the toilet. Front desk is useless when you need something for your room. And breakfast was only on weekends

There clean is trash changed and shower curtain pulled back! Office staff is rude and mouthy! The whole place is dirty.. worst place I have ever stayed!!

Um.... RUN AWAY tv doesn't work bugs ac don't work NO POOL NOT LIKE THE PICTURES BUT employees Are kind and go to the travel lodge please READ THE REVIEWS RUN AWAY ............... It's very scary here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!!!?!?!???! Bad

Great location close to historic Colonial Williamsburg and a block away from a good Mexican restaurant but a dirty hotel that looks like it gave up. Looks like their weekly rates for people living there is only thing keeping it open. Thought I found a deal because online photo deceiving but close reflects the level of run down roadside motel.
