Sit back and relax in this calm and stylish space while watching turkey and deer roam on 10 beautiful acres on a quiet dead-end street. Also, enjoy watching the stars and fireflies by the outdoor fireplace or fire pit. The property adjoins other farmland where you will find peace and tranquility. Great for a romantic getaway, a songwriter's retreat, or weddings or events. With prior notice, personalized services can be provided (additional fee). The cottage is approximately 1500 sq ft. The main part of the cottage is an open concept, with a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and a half bath. The cottage offers one bedroom with an en-suite bath that includes a walk-in shower, clawfoot tub, and laundry area (washer and dryer). Guests will occupy the entire cottage and are welcome to walk around the property. Enjoy the cross and church pews for a quiet moment, and feel free to play with the dogs (Sage, Whistler, and Aspen). **Please note that the cottage is located directly next to the owner's residence. Guests and owner's share the same driveway, firepit, and two patios; please see photos. The cottage is located 15 miles from Nashville, 20 miles from Murfreesboro, 10 miles from downtown historic Franklin, and 6 miles from Arrington Vineyards and historic Nolensville. If a dedicated workspace is needed, please let the host know at the time of booking. A dedicated workspace can be accommodated. Host lives directly next door to the cottage and can be contacted via VRBO or text. Events such as family gatherings, birthday parties, showers, weddings, and video production are allowed. However, there is a fee for events; the fee is in addition to the lodging rate. For events inside the cottage, there is a maximum capacity of 15 people. For larger events (up to 30 people), the event must be held outdoors. Please plan for inclement weather, as outdoor events are not allowed to be moved inside the cottage.
