Only 5.7 miles from the ILM airport, 3.5 miles from historic downtown , and 5 miles from Wrightsville Beach. One block from the river to the sea bike trail that will guide you to downtown or Wrightsville Beach. Long Leaf Park (free splashpad for kids) and Empie Park are very close. Home away from home! Michael’s place was the perfect place for our family vacation! Check in was super easy. The house had all the amenities we could need. My superhero loving toddler loved the bunk bed room! There were games and toys in there which was so helpful and kept him entertained.The house was clean and smelled amazing, my husband and I commented every time we opened the door “it smells so good in here!”. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Wilmington!

Wonderful stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would have liked to stay longer. The quiet neighborhood was nice while drinking coffee on the front porch in the mornings. Dogs had more than enough room to roam—a huge lot to be so close to everything. We didn't walk because of the heat, but it was a very walkable location. There was a nice assortment of basketballs and soccer balls to enjoy both goals. The host was kind and responsive.

We were there for orientation. It is a short drive to campus, 6 minutes. The home was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Well appointed spacious home in a quiet neighborhood convenient to all of the Wilmington area amenities. Very clean and the host was exceptional. The bunk room was well stocked with fun items for entertaining kids; made us wish ours hadn’t grown! Large fenced in yard was great for the pet and with parking right at the back door made for easy unload/and load. Will be our first choice on any return trips to the area.

42nd Bliss My family an I had a wonderful stay. The house is small but very charming. Michael has done a great job making sure that everything is as should be to make your stay a great experience. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and they had a great time running around and exploring it. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come down to Wilmington.

Loved this place! Michael (host) treats you like family and makes sure your stay is perfect. House is close to everything, very clean and comfortable, and has a large yard and private driveway. Not staying anywhere else when we visit!

Great place! We had a great stay at the Zen on 42nd. Good location for getting to downtown or the beach. Also well stocked on toiletries! Yard was wonderful.
