3- Bedroom, 2- Full Bathroom, Cozy Cottage on a quiet street with a great fenced in backyard, gas grill and parking for up to 3 vehicles. . Large wood deck with flowers, picnic table and umbrella with lounge chairs and a Hot tub too. Our Cottage is close to the beach but away from the crowds. Even closer to the best shopping areas in Wilmington and a short ride to historic downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk! Cafes, Coffee Shops, wine tasting are within a short walk/bike ride. Our neighborhood is a wonderful mix of UNCW college students, short and long term renters and home owners and it can be quite festive some evenings when UNCW is in session, late-Aug through mid-May. Extremely private and quiet most of the time, most of the year. We have house rules and strict hot-tub guidelines with additional fees for renters who do not observe.
